“It's okay. Seats and cinemas are old. Food choices are limited. At least 15 minutes of ads before each movie. In the foyer, the seats are all stained and filthy. Save your money and go somewhere better: at Jindalee all seats recline and you get hot food and alcohol in all sessions. Plus everything's clean and the service is better. Don't bother here unless you absolutely have to.”

“We had a fantastic time at 1Up Arcade. The flat rate price and free play is awesome. It means you can restart that game halfway through and kids get the chance to jam out games without worrying about a Game Over. Some real classic games in there. The Pinball machines were by far my favourite. Super cool. For the ability to be able to play up to 8 hours, I thought it was fairly priced and definitely got my moneys worth. Can't wait to go back.”

I was just passing through and wasn't aware of opening times as it's not provided on the website or on Google. Approaching the doors I noticed it does say they open at 10:45AM so just a heads up for anyone else. Apart from that, no complaints and I had a great time!”

They don't take large mixed groups in the laser tag and have to sit until your group is called, group only 7 people but would have been better joining another group. They no longer provide food platters. Since the last time here, it just not the same exciting venue We will definitely not be returning.”

“Went to book two tickets online but when it showed the price as $50 for two I decided against it. How many others do that I wonder. Too damn expensive for me. Much better to fill the cinema at half that price than run a movie for a few. I’ll wait till I get home to my Reading cinema thanks ! That would be no star rating if I could remove it.”

“This cinema is great. It was recently restored and has lovely comfy seats. There is also one cinema fitted out with recliner seats. Prices are very reasonable - $10 for a normal ticket and $15 for a recliner. We saw the new kids pic, Migration. It was great and my kids loved it. This cinema hosts several film festivals throughout the year so it's worth keeping an eye on their website for some interesting alternative offerings. The choc-tops are also worth a mention. Yum.”

“Attended a family-focused organised group social event, this venue was a fantastic place for that kind of thing. Lots of open space, extra entertainment for the kids in addition to the bowling lanes, and food/coffee available. Pizzas were a little on the small side.. need big ones!! 😬 It was a lot of fun, clean, the only thing I could add is that there was no information/guidance offered on the rules of play or how to start our games, probably because of the large influx of people though”

“First time visit for me. I didnt know the pricing system but paid for a Gold room tickets as i wasnt alone, couldnt go back in two hours for the next session. Bought a coffee which was delivered to the wrong seat to start with by someone who looked like they didnt care. Couldnt drink it all as not very nice. Definatly an overpriced experience.”

“This is not a child friendly venue at all. The owner is rude and unwelcoming, the place is like a sauna my kids were literally dripping with sweat, the equipment is old, ripped & unsafe, things are held together with zip ties, inflatables deflate and fall onto the children. We saw one baby hit his head on the ground and almost suffocate because the babies area inflatable didn't have enough air in it either. The slides hurt the children's back because they seem not to be joined together properly. My daughter came off the slide crying from being hurt. No lights in the toilets, even the decore is not suitable for kids. The staff are more interested in serving food which I've never tasted cause entry is expensive enough for me. Having a large family with no family discounts available. I would recommend this owner close down and get a cafe for adults only instead. And stay behind the scenes and not interact with customers because your sour attitude is extremely off putting. I was also over charged and was told it was my fault and refused a refund. I will never take my kids here again!! Please don't believe the 5 star reviews, this place is lucky to receive 1 star.”
