As far as I'm concerned, they got the volume just right - plenty loud enough to follow all the dialogue, but none of that bone-shaking stuff that is so popular now...previews, too. Speaking of previews, I don't know if the theater has any choice in the matter, but I was pleased that the preview films seemed like they were at least in the same ballpark as the movie we went to see. I will definitely make this my first theater of choice!”

“"Security" sucked sat us in the wrong area and then we're rude to us and told us we had to move when they sat us in the seats we were in and tried blaming it on us. Super disrespectful but the show was great they really need to learn how to clean things as everything was sticky with some minor changes and organization could be pretty cool but overall fun experience/ staff tonight seems like they have a better idea of what they were doing”

Marcus our Tour guide is very informative and knowledgeable about the beginnings of the distillery. It is fascinating how much chemistry goes into distilling Bourbon. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Military servicemen this place offers a discount with ID. Side note customer’s be aware when someone is making a video and Don’t walk in front of them twice while they are filming so rude! “We decided to have a fun day in Seattle. We started in downtown Seattle and end up in south lake union. It was an easy 20 min walk to get to play date sea. It was clean, the staff was very helpful. This place is a dream place for both kids and parents. Your kids will spend so much energy that once they get home, all they will need is a shower and a bed. The parents can sit and watch or accompany the kids in the play area. This company has food and drinks available. Some kid friendly and some just for adults. We will definitely come.back!”

“Attended comedy night for the first time. Comedy good. Service eh. We arrived a little bit early to the show and waited an hour and a half for our pre ordered chicken parm. Like the show is almost over.....And Jokers are you seriously serving bread with sprinkled seasoning on it for garlic bread. Limp and flavorless. Now I know to just order fried food, which looked better and came out waaaaay faster.”
