“Just tried out this cinema to watch Saw X and we were blown away by this little gem. Lovely staff, a bar that serves hot, soft or alcoholic drinks. Popcorn and nachos. But the cinema itself is like going back in time, with fabulous decor, & comfy reclining seat. Highly recommend. Would like to try the restaurant upstairs next as the menu looks fantastic.”

“I've had some great times in Porthcawl Pavilion. From raves up on Saturday night's in my teens to Christmas Pantomime with our children then our grandchildren. Now it's mainly tribute bands , our last visit for Marti Pellow which was superb. Great cafe bar for a catch up with friends and when the sun shines sit outside and people watch on the Prom. Love Porthcawl.”

“It was decent to be fair. We've been a few times previously and it hasn't been the tidiest but no complaints this time. We compared the prices with the Wrexham one and the Cheshire oaks one and Wrexham was much cheaper for the same thing!? The drinks and service were pretty good, loads of bowling balls available and the game itself was fun - the kids loved it. Didn't eat there as we went next door to nandos so I can't comment on the food. The arcade section was pretty good as well. We and the kids had a few games of air hockey before leaving. Loads of parking around - overall was worth going. We'll go again.”

“Excellent cinema and really lovely staff. 5-star in that respect. The lack of fifth star is the prices on the concessions. 12 for two drinks and a bag of sweets!? I paid over £50 for a drink and snack for 6 people at Christmas. Vue might as well make the staff uniforms come with a mask. I know it’s nationwide. Maybe this will get back to them. Doesn’t take away from the entire local experience here, it just puts me off purchasing anything here.”
