It had a really good California feel to it, but without all of the politics and taxes associated with California. The beer selection is nice and their beers are pretty good. Went for memorial day. We also had a hog roast there and that was amazing too. I really like the plethora of outside seating. Down town Woodstock has grown alit! Ok Bye”

“Barley warm popcorn that had more kernels than popped corn, like bottom of the barrel type thing. Went and watched a movie at 9:50pm bought a large popcorn to get the refill for my family. At most 3/4's the way through watching the movie Migration I go to to get that free refill "that's only for the large size" just to fined the concession stand closed. I would recommend going to McDonough Regal I was there a few weeks ago watching Trolls hot Krispy popcorn great service fun time.”

“So I went with my son for a birthday party. The place was packed on a Sunday at 3 pm. It was rainy so it could be the reason also for the crowd. There was like 4 or 5 parties going on at the same time. It's definitely overwhelming to be there because of such craziness. You have to buy socks to follow your child on the top deck where all the trampolines were, or the staff asked you to go down to the food area. Which isn't cool to me, the kids don't seem to follow the rule that the owners place there due to not enough staff to control the crowd. The trampolines seemed to be in good shape and the kids did enjoy the equipment even though 2 huge slide things were not open yet. They do have a 6 and under section which is small but nice for younger kids to be away from older kids. I wish they had a limit on the crowd, but the kids did seem to enjoy the place. I would recommend a slower time of day and as an adult who isn't jumping to bring some jump socks so you can follow your kid around if need be.”

“We were sitting down waiting on our food in the diner wondering why in the world it was so high. My husband checked the receipt and realized they charged us almost $35 for the 5 kids’ waters we requested (all big families understand this- getting water saves us so much money!). We thought it was an innocent mistake and that they accidentally charged us for drinks. Wrong. They charge this for sink water. They gave us a refund, but then came out 5 minutes later and TOOK the waters from the kids. FROM A TODDLER AND HIS SIBLINGS! The cups were already used, so instead of just letting these little kids have some tap water with our $60 worth of food, they REMOVED AND THREW AWAY the kids’ water. I still cannot believe this is real life and really happened. Manager there did not care and told me he hoped my day got better.”

“Always a great experience at this theater when we visit. They've added new digital kiosks where you can purchase tickets on your own since I've last visited and I actually love this idea. It's nostalgic missing the people at the front window, but I feel this makes the process much quicker to get your tickets. They've also added people to the theater entrances to ensure you have a ticket to enter the movies which I think is smart. Many people were purchasing tickets and entering multiple movies without paying for them so having someone to check their information is much better. Highly recommend and will be back again!”

“We came during the week when they were slow. We were told they were short-staffed and that we would have to order at the bar, and they would bring our food to us. The reclining leather seats are enormous and comfortable. I liked that there was a little divider-type thing at the top of the chairs so you were not distracted out of the corner of your eyes if somebody else sat next to you. We ordered the popcorn trio, which was supposed to have popcorn shrimp and calamari; it was good, but we did not realize it would be covered in actual popcorn. The truffle fries were good. The food is pricey for the size you get, and no one came back to check on us after the food was dropped off, but we were okay. Overall, it is a spotless place with excellent seats. The staff were all nice when we did encounter them. .”

“Very nice theater, but expensive! We went to a mid-week matinee during the last week of the Marvels. Adults were $18.98 and Seniors were $15.89, and the $5.00 booking charge made the total almost $40 for the two of us. They have food to order online and at the bar at the theater but did not have a normal concession counter. Setup for the upscale Battery market, but not great for a mid-day outing. There were only 4 people in the theater during our movie. Projection and audio systems were great.”

“First timers to this SMG location (7:45 pm $6 movie on a Thursday). Beautiful building/interior - very clean. The ticket taker was helpful, nice lady in the hall, to help us find our theatre. 20 mins of Previews. Very comfortable soft recliner chairs. Ordered a chocolate shake with Oreos on top & fries. The shake was good. 4 stars because the fries were soggy, and there was no soap in the 3 sinks - ladies bathroom. Otherwise a very nice experience. I believe the ticket taker said they opened last year.”

“The customer service was horrible. The lady with the green hair was not friendly at all. It was myself and fiancés first time visiting and we had questions she was so rude to us for no reason. Most of the arcade games are out of order. We were playing two games upstairs and they literally just turned off. The bathrooms were dirty. Also wasn’t a fan of how they have an arm band verses a card. It was hot in the establishment, and some areas needed a good cleaning. We did have fun however hoping if we come back the service is better.”

“Decent! Prices and hours are completely different on their website, and staff seems like they don't talk to each other. I called about my free game pass and was told I could use it when I show up with my party then was told no when I brought it. Theme is all over the place and some holes are breaking/very old. The blacklights are a nice touch and make everything look better. It is extremely stuffy and hot in here so be prepared for that, the fans don't help much. Overall C”
