“Security is rude. There’s no bathrooms and again, security is rude and very unprofessional. Machine works when it wants to when purchasing a ticket which is a waste of money because you will either be late to work or an event and will have to figure something else out as for transportation. The tri rail sucks all around. I wish I could give zero stars but it won’t let me post without one… sooo… here’s one star.”

“It used to be easy to navigate around the area. Now,with all the construction and blocked off streets,not so much. The new apartment buildings don't help either(5 boroughs type eyesores). The station can also be labyrinth like at times itself also.”

“I use CAN's pantry once a month. It's interesting because they have it set up like a small store. They give you a shopping cart and a paper that tells you how many of each item you may choose, depending on the size of your household. If you've been there a lot in the past, they may let you shop alone, but most times a volunteer will escort you around the store to keep you on track. It's a lot of food. Seriously, a whole grocery cart full. The past three times I have gone, I have received 20lb turkeys. Those things can keep me fed for well over a week. You also get fruit, veg, household products, cereal, pasta, breads, sweet snacks, meats. Sometimes eggs, cheese, milk. Thing is, you have to have the right paperwork. They're clear about what they require from you on their website, so check that out before you go for the first time. And you will have to recertify within 6 months, so keep your information handy for that. Closed on the weekends and Tuesday”

“Old School Civic Center experience with building built in the 1950s and an attached park. When I was a kid the City of Downey had a very similar Civic Center, built out of an old elementary school. There was also an attached small park, perfect for spending your lunch break if you worked in one of the buildings. That has been long since demolished and replaced with the familiar fortress like structures of today with no park within walking distance. Really cool place to visit because of the park and many old classic buildings including a disused court building. Check it out. 😃”
