“I attended a business networking event here and the entire time we were there we couldn't stop laughing at how bad the service was. This is why you hold events like this in a hotel conference center because the country club was completely ill-equipped to handle anything outside of a baby shower. For starters, they provided a room 1/2 the size that was actually contracted for and their excuse was, "well, the person who wrote this up doesn't work here anymore". The catered food was bland and tasted like hospital food. The best part was when we requested a few ballpoint pens for the attendees and they gave us golf pencils. The staff and management here are so completely clueless on how to host an event I doubt any of them could get a job in the catering department of a Motel 6. If you're hosting a retirement party for Grandpa, I'm sure it's a fine venue. For anything past that, book your event at any number of countless other places in Las Vegas.”

“This is a good strip of beach to go to with your family for free. Parking can be hard sometimes but it's pretty nice. Parts of this beach sometimes have no life guards on duty so you swim at your own risk. Also, people come there to fish right on the beach so beware of your surroundings if your trying to swim. Overall, a nice place. Would come back again with my family sometime! Thank you for reading my post ❤️”

They wouldn't help her figure out why she didn't have a barcode. The supervisor called her stupid and personally demeaned my daughter. No one was willing to assist. Went to the office in Charlotte and got the help she needed with an incredibly helpful person. Can't believe that the supervisor caused my adult daughter to leave in tears when all she wanted was assistance. Utterly unprofessional.”

“Save the $19 extra fee this location charges and make an appointment at the DMV. It's faster, cheaper and you'll get better customer service at the DMV. After waiting an hour for a basic license renewal, the information was incorrect and the staffer was rude and more concerned about traveling to the upcoming LSU game than doing their job correctly. To correct the information would require more money along with the $19 fee. Made an appointment at the DMV and was out in less than 20 minutes. A pleasant surprise.”

I could have done that myself via google. The housing department is horrible. The person whom called me made me extremely uncomfortable, when I reached back out to next door solutions to place my concern, they said they will have someone else call me back. Only to have the same person call me back. Useless place. If you plan on donating here, Please donate elsewhere such as sacred heart, or Salvation Army where they will actually help people.”

“While some workers are nice, the vast majority are arrogant and rude. Long lines at the scale and at the dump containers. I waited in the line to get to the scale more than 30 minutes multiple times. One of these times I told one of the workers one cashier is not enough during busy times, and maybe they should charge people without having to go to the scale when it's this busy and his reply was 'if you don't like it go somewhere else'. This place is the only county facility that actually makes PROFIT which we contractors, pay most of it. They treat it like a business instead of a service for the county residents, but if this is the case, they all should be fired, especially the manager, because no customer would tolerate this kind of service and rudeness from a private business, and there's no way the mgmt. doesn't know how this facility is being run.”
