It was early evening and very quiet but it gets very busy the bar staff told me. friendly and talkative as the bar was quiet Another area above the ground floor is also available were there is dancing (?) “Went for a "snack meal" .... and came away replete +++. The staff were fantastic.. Ordered various chicken wings, fries etc... Delivered very hot... lovely marinades. Slaw wasn't on the menu separately, but hats off.. the chef came out of the kitchen and sorted us. 👌 can't wait to return.. Superb value for money.”

“South Shields' very best bar, energetic, lively, full of unusual fun decorative items, a big hit with the younger crowd. Regular karaoke nights, music that would compete with any night club, daft games and competitions too. Pool and darts as well as poker and always food on the bar when these guys are playing. Great selection of ales and inexpensive "Cyprus Special" cocktails served by very friendly staff. Little wonder I call this local "The Fun Factory", it's simply the best.”

“We were a party of 15, spent £700 in total for bottomless brunch & were denied all our entitled drinks & no food arrived. Venue opened at 18:00, doors opened at 18:30… When asked about the food & drinks, the staff were rude and desperate to get away from the conversation. Very disappointing. Staff appeared eager to take your money (despite wearing the wrist bands) & hope you’d be too drunk to not realise that your food never arrived. Absolutely shocking. Launched a formal complaint. Waiting to hear back. The only fantastic part of the night was the queens performance. Shame the venue is run so poorly.”
