“AMAZING experience 😍 it was my first time at a Boba place (came with a friend who's a regular here), so I felt overwhelmed by all the options. The staff was really kind and explained the different types of drinks and options available. Ended up going with a seasonal Santa's Bait with Strawberry Popping. It was INCREDIBLE!!! I will definitely be back again with other friends to introduce them to it 😄 Update #1: brought my daughter here. She loved the Boba and the atmosphere. We played some games they had on the table. I got Santa's Bait again, my daughter got Peach Milk Tea with Strawberry Popping Balls. The staff member running the shop was super friendly and made our day with her sweetness 💕”

“Friendly and warm service from the staff. Love the options and seasonal choices. Only thing is the matcha latte isn’t to my expectations. I’m more of a matcha drinker than a coffee one and I could barely taste the matcha on their drink version. I’ve tried several from the area and in Japan. Would love if they had a deeper matcha flavor instead of the milk taking over. Other than that the service and warmth is one of the best.”

“Glad Capitol hill also gets Seattle coffee work. Personally I love this one more than the one in Ballard. I usually oder latte at different shops. Compare this one to Ballard, the latte is not that bitter, and smells great. The store is very clean and bright. Definitely a good place to get a freash morning with high quality coffee.”

“This little shack of a coffeehouse was pretty awesome down the street from our hotel. The hotel coffee is never good so I seek out small shops in town. This one did not disappoint, it’s a drive up window to order and drive around to pick up. The atmosphere isn’t applicable here, but the latte I had was great! Lucky find. Friendly service. Perfect for the drive to Olympic National Park and Hoh rain forest.”

I have earned a lot of free lattes by consistently taking my own cup, using their app and taking advantage of their promotions. Bonus tip, if you are buying more than one drink (bring your own cup for each drink), have them ring each drink separately. You'll earn cup bonus points for each drink. “Well, it's really nice to have a Starbucks in a convenient location like a mall. And I really like the big wall with the pictures on it. There isn't much seating. But you can go out of the store and sit in the mall. The biggest problem with this location is that it gets really busy sometimes and you have to wait forever to get whatever it is you ordered. So when coming here, just be prepared to wait.”

The baristas are kind, attentive and consistent, their lattes and espresso precise, and the warm, golden lighting in the beautiful space is easy on the eyes in the early morning. It can get packed downstairs quickly, but upstairs has a good amount of seating and there are a few lovely seats out front as well. So many shops look and feel exactly the same these days, with a sort of "Instagram", sterile vibe happening. This specific location for Fiore is quite the opposite, and I hope that never changes.”
