“Friendly and warm service from the staff. Love the options and seasonal choices. Only thing is the matcha latte isn’t to my expectations. I’m more of a matcha drinker than a coffee one and I could barely taste the matcha on their drink version. I’ve tried several from the area and in Japan. Would love if they had a deeper matcha flavor instead of the milk taking over. Other than that the service and warmth is one of the best.”

“Glad Capitol hill also gets Seattle coffee work. Personally I love this one more than the one in Ballard. I usually oder latte at different shops. Compare this one to Ballard, the latte is not that bitter, and smells great. The store is very clean and bright. Definitely a good place to get a freash morning with high quality coffee.”

“Smaller but free-standing Starbucks as you enter downtown Redmond from the west. Parking and seating can be limited during busy hours. Drive-thru. Access from roads is limited - you may have to turn around to get into the often congested parking lot; but otherwise a convenient location. Staff are friendly and helpful.”

“The food here was fantastic- think Korean American brunch and bites. I had the pork belly breakfast sandwich (which is only available on week days) and a slice of the fruity pebble french toast. Everything tasted amazing and the service was good. The quality of the coffee was great- I would go here just to grab a latte! Overall it was a little on the spendier side, about $30 per person, but definitely worth it.”

“Went there for the first time and boy! The atmosphere is very lively! I ordered the Campfire Mocha Iced version with hemp milk. The flavor is super intense like a rich toasty mocha feel. Tip: always put hemp milk on everything you drink cuz it will blow your mind away! The milk enhances the flavor of the coffee drink. Super friendly customer service and coffee was very flavorful! Highly recommended! Love love love it 😍”

“Of all of the coffee shops in the area, this is hands down my favorite. The baristas are kind, attentive and consistent, their lattes and espresso precise, and the warm, golden lighting in the beautiful space is easy on the eyes in the early morning. It can get packed downstairs quickly, but upstairs has a good amount of seating and there are a few lovely seats out front as well. So many shops look and feel exactly the same these days, with a sort of "Instagram", sterile vibe happening. This specific location for Fiore is quite the opposite, and I hope that never changes.”
