“Seldom have I seen a café so busy, even in a sleepy town like Fiumicino. You just have to taste their coffee and croissants to understand why. I loved the coffee and croissants and coffee and also my favourite blood orange juice-freshly squeezed. I loved the friendly staff and the general buzz around me, despite the fact that I do not speak any Italian. Just sitting amidst the locals felt like exploring Italy in itself.”

“Nov 23 just had American breakfast beautiful scrambled eggs and bacon. Just like the photos.you also get a bottle of water a cappuccino and a glass of fresh orange juice all for 11 and a half euros. Service was friendly not pushy but not that busy. Really lovely service and food. Thank you.”

“seriously THE BEST lemon-poppyseed cake I’ve ever had. we came in the afternoon as they were closing for their switchover and the cake was still moist and delicious. We had two cappuccinos as well — which has been some of the best we’ve had during our time in rome — there was no burnt taste to the beans. this was all we had and stopped at a strange time but wonderful service and friendly humans. Sorry for the image of the crumbs we devoured this cake before thinking to take a photo 😂😅”
