“I’m from Florida and am visiting friends in Rhode Island. I google searched local coffee shops and immediately fell in love with Junk & Java’s menu, when I arrived their shop was so beautiful and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. Their menu is extensive and I had such trouble just choosing what I wanted, I wanted it all! I ordered a fruit smoothie (strawberry, blueberry and mango was my choice! So good!) and I also ordered a chocolate chip muffin, along with an iced caramel coffee with added almond milk. Everything I ordered was SO DELICIOUS! If you’re looking for a coffee shop this is it. This shop is also incredibly family friendly, Lego blocks, books and toys to keep children entertained. The staff was so kind and welcoming too!”

“My sister was on our bday trip. We stayed in Providence RI and my sister had the worst experience with her coffee. So, we met this amazing soul at a cafe who recommended this cafe. And it was the best thing that happened because my sister was very happy. Kaitlin Welch was friendly, kind, Patient, attentive to all of her customers, and knowledgeable about coffee. “Lovely place. Came here after trying to get coffee at a closer shop while on vacation but it was going to be up to a 20 minute wait. They were a bit busy but served us quickly. The staff were very friendly and considerate as well. We ordered cold brew as well as a gingerbread latte. The latter was a bit sweet but both were good. They had plenty of options for milk alternatives including oat, soy, and almond. I didn't get any of the actual food options but menu had plenty of choices for sandwiches and breakfast. Would recommend.”

“Great little cafe with quite a few grub options from something sweet to sandwiches. We had hot chocolate that was delicious on our way back from Fort Barton. The patio would be awesome for enjoying the view in the spring/summer.”
