Enchanted Cafe Rangoon Road
4.2
( 8 reviews ) $$

88 Rangoon Rd, #01-04, Singapore 218374

“The cafe might be a tad bit small / limited seating but I LOVE how it offers ✔️ all day brunches (so I can brekkie food options any time of the day) ✔️ a very nice range of food options from healthy (açais/sourdough/granola etc), western, unique Asian to dessert options that can suit the palate of anyone/everyone and great for gatherings when cant decide. And they actually pull off the different flavours / food quality well! Even their drinks taste good & with very well-suited fairytale names! ✔️ not sure how they sustain - but it runs for 24h ! 🥹😯 ✔️ self-service water which is great ! Toilet avail & clean. The entire restaurant was kinda freezing though. 🥶 Menu: - Avocado toast 🥑 with pumpkin seeds & almonds look simple but it actually tasted rly good! Avo was nicely chilled like cream, whilst sourdough was toasted, topping were good amount of crunch. Would recommend. Praline hazelnut had crunch feulettine base, & nice balance of textures of chocolatey cream/cake/crunch etc but just a tad too sweet at certain sections for me. They have a sister branch concept jsut 1 alternate outlet down where it is just focused on the desserts (macaron/ icecream / cakes), but without the mains. Technically you can still enjoy the desserts within this outlet, or you can go to the calmer brighter space next door. Understand the food sometimes travels from one kitchen to another, depending on what is being ordered/prepared 😅 But understandable given that they offer such a wide variety of food!! Also their menus can all be easily accessible on their website 👍🏻 They are on Burpple/ occasionally have vouchers which make them even more affordable! Would recommend 👍🏻”

“Nice place to hang out with its lovely interiors and 24-hr operating time, especially on a weekend night when you’re looking for something that’s open till late. Tried the rainbow cake which is priced at $9.8. Thought that the price was a little steep, but the slice of cake is good and a comforting treat.”

6 Letter Coffee

( 8 reviews ) $$
Closed until 07:00 AM

259 Tanjong Katong Rd, Beng Tong Mansion, Singapore 437047

“A cafe that opens at 7am in the morning? Well, that suits my time table for that day as I want to have a quick breakfast and continue with my tasks for that day. 6 Letter Coffee started their operation in 2019 in Tanjong Katong Road and believe in creating happiness through their collective spaces and dining selections for customers of all ages. They provide all-day menu for breakfast to dinner and of course Coffee. 6 Letter Coffee The early bird catches the worm! We had the whole cafe to ourselves since we were their first customers. The theme of the cafe gives a garden feel and you can see that staff are busy taking care of the plant early in the morning. Interior Cafe Space Matcha can be served sweetened or unsweetened. Love the smooth texture of the drink with Matcha powder topping up the top layer. We had something special too, the Charcoal Cafe Latte, a combination of charcoal taste with the usual latte Matcha and Charcoal Cafe Latte - $7.80 & $7.30 With Rosti in their menu, I looked no further. We had their Signature 6 Letter Brunch with their housemade rosti cooked with healthy olive oil and served with housemade avocado mash instead. This gives a healthier and tastier choice to enjoy their rosti in every bite. The Brunch consist of housemade rosti, Norwegian smoked salmon, sunny side up egg, shitake mushrooms, fresh fruits (dragon fruits and grapes), mashed avocado and mixed salad. 6 Letter Brunch - $21 The Rosti was crispy and charred at some parts, giving some crispiness to the texture. Totally yummy and it might be quite filling for one pax too. We ordered their Chef Recommendation, the Good Day Breakfast. It comprises of crispy bacon, scramble eggs, arabiki pork sausages, shitake mushrooms, sourdough butter toast and mixed salad. Love this hearty breakfast meal with the combination of the items. The scrambled egg caught our attention for it looked so unique in its creamy and luscious appearance. Good Day Breakfast - $19 If you enjoy bacon, you will enjoy this too. It was a good experience visiting 6 Letter Cofee for the ambiance was nice with friendly service. I will like to be back for other selections on their menu.”

The Connoisseur Concerto (international Building)

Closed until 10:00 AM

360 Orchard Rd, #01-01 International Building, Singapore 238869

“The blue crab & mango salad was delightful, with a refreshing combination of flavors. However, it's worth noting that the portion size was a bit small for my liking. One standout item was the coconut mint drink, which captivated me with its vibrant green color. While the taste was enjoyable, I found the consistency to be slightly too thick. Nonetheless, it was still a pleasant beverage overall.”

“They are selling food that is severely MOLDY! I would not recommend this store to anyone! I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent dining experience at Toast Box (MBS outlet) on September 16th at 6:25 pm. This encounter has not only left me dissatisfied but has also raised concerns about the quality of your products and the level of customer service. I purchased a mooncake and had already consumed half of it, to my shock and dismay, I discovered severe mold on the remaining portion. This is not only a clear violation of basic food safety standards but also poses a significant health hazard. This incident was aggravated by the highly unprofessional behavior and bad attitude of your staff. When I raised the issue, requested a refund, and asked to speak with the store manager, I was met with indifference and rudeness. Instead of offering assistance and working to resolve the problem, the staff in MBS I encountered displayed a complete lack of empathy and customer service skills. As a customer, I believe I have the right to expect a certain level of product quality and respectful treatment when dining. Regrettably, the experience I had fell far below these reasonable expectations.”

5 Jln Kilang, #02-02 The Mill, Singapore 159405

“Came here to enjoy a cuppa and escape from the crowds. The coffee was nice and so was the raspberry piscatio danish but we felt that the selection of pasteries a little lacking. It was fairly crowded at 3pm so please do take note. The place has free parking below.”

Amber Ember
4.2
( 16 reviews ) $$

730 Upper Serangoon Rd, #01-01, Singapore 534613

“I ordered the BYOB (build your own breakfast) which consists of a croissant, sausage, scrambled eggs and soy balsamic mushrooms. I also ordered a matcha latte which is not pictured (it was alright). Unfortunately, it was not too obvious that the menu was refreshed. Many of the dishes my partner and I would like to try such as the pesto pasta and amber breakfast are off the menu. Secondly, the breakfast was lackluster. The scrambled eggs were not creamy, more grainy and bland. The mushrooms tasted herbal which surprised me. Perhaps the cooking style does not suit the soy balsamic marinade. The sausage was tough to chew through and bland. The croissant was alright. My partner ordered the iced chocolate which he said tastes like watered down Milo. If you would like a quiet place to just have a drink or do your work, I would recommend this place as it was rather peaceful away from the crowd.”

Alchemist The Heeren
4.3
( 16 reviews )

260 Orchard Rd, #01-ORA The Heeren, Singapore 238855

“Had coffee ☕ and a ham & cheese danish here. It's not very crowded on Sunday mornings but there's usually a queue at peak times like Saturdays. Coffee was outstanding - the Lumos beans with iced coffee is great. The piccolo (not on the menu but they make it) with the special Costa Rica bean was also very interesting, just exploding with fruit flavours. Service can be a little slow but I guess what can you do with only 2 baristas and such a small shop.”

And three types of beans that are available with Christmas special too. Long waiting time for the filter though. The environment is good and with auto tray return robot available.”

Little Farms Cafe, Valley Point
4.2
( 8 reviews )

491 River Valley Rd, #01-25, Singapore 248371

“For me, is used to be Wine Company, then Wine Connection. But lately a number of Little Farm Bistros sprung up, that offers quality food and wine at quite a decent price. I recently visited their outlet at Valley Point and was quite grateful for the friendly service and food from fresh produce as you can see in the photos. A place to chill that is near town and yet away from the hustle and bustle of busy Orchard Road.”
