The eggs were perfectly seasoned and the salad served on the side, complimented the eggs. They also offer a breakfast menu that includes special breads and homemade jam, among other options. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would love to visit Café Lino again. Note: Since the seating is limited, it might be a good idea to reserve a table beforehand.”

“I wanted to leave the place with good memories and a 5 star review. The place is hip and the food very nice. Coffee however is only average. Nevertheless, as such it is a nice breakfast place. But… My girlfriend found a long curly black hair in her scrambled eggs. This is why she asked for a replacement, especially because she noticed it right in the beginning. They took it back and brought her a new one. We noticed that they only flipped the scrambled eggs to grill them some more, left the salad the same but changed only the piece of bread. When she started eating, my girlfriend noticed again the same black curly hair in the scrambled eggs. Uffffffffffffffff! That’s disappointing! So she gave the food back and asked for her money. In the end she got it, however was treated by the owner in a rude and unprofessional manner. The only responsible person there had been the girl at the counter. Neither the owner nor the chefs were interested in attending us nor helping to solve the issue. Not even an apology was in it. Such bad customer service is unacceptable which is why I left so few stars. You can go there and have good breakfast but better to keep your eyes open before you start eating…”

“Food poisoning. Warning. Rather than wish the sick person well, this cafe would rather state that it never happened. Shocking. It was a group of people on the 11th April 2023. I’d also like to add that another part of our group tried to use a €20 voucher at a different time ( same day ) and staff were rude and told it had expired and were offered a biscuit instead ! None of our group would go back and do not suggest anyone does.”

“This cafe run by disabled people is great. I really enjoy being there, although unfortunately far too rarely. I was last there in December 2023, on a Thursday just before Christmas for breakfast. Wonderful coffee, a delicious vegan bagel and outstandingly friendly service. A highlight of the pre-Christmas season. If at some point a fairy godmother granted me a wish, the Samocca would be open in the afternoon again. And on the weekend. Then I would be a regular there.”
