“What a GEM!!! I had to kill time and popped into this lovely oasis on Main Street in Greensburg and oh, the goodness that awaited me. I had their steel oats with spiced plum jam (YUM) and their house blend latte with their own Myrylk Milk (a house recipe of oat milk, micro-foam, and other deliciousness) made my breakfast experience divine. I sat at their spacious tables, worked a little, and simply enjoyed the ambiance. I may have to become a regular - yes - it's that fantastic. A MUST.”

“Older review a new account was needed. But we still go in as often as we can. Everything is still amazing. Plus they have their winter merch in. Amazing! Alsoooo..new art work on the Togo cups. Always growing at little amps! We came in and got two espressos. Surprisingly, they served our shots with tonic water..which was AWESOME! (No other shop just pairs it automatically like this) Thanks for that guys! The espresso itself was delicious, and the crema was almost perfect! They do have a very nice food selection at this location (2 other locations)..we will definitely be trying it sometime. The inside is very bright/chill..with vinyl albums and plenty of merch in the front of the shop. There is plenty of seating inside and out. I will say if you're not looking for it..you may just pass it. Nice little nook in the wall, so definitely keep your eye out. All in all it was a wholesome experience at the green st location. And the two baristas working today were welcoming, and helpful..and made sure my service dog also got a little treat. He appreciated it. *Note slightly bummed they had no whipped cream. “I’ve been vegan for almost ten years and this is by far the worst vegan food I have ever tried. I’m visiting from Texas btw, not a local. I had the omelet and WOW was it bland. I couldn’t finish it. The toast was hard, dry, and tasted burned on the edge. The black drip coffee was watery and not worth it for me to finish. I am happy to support places with vegan options which is why I came here but please, if you come here with the same hopes in mind of a vegan breakfast, expect to be disappointed. As for everything else, no issue with employees. Clean place, good seating and nice view of the penitentiary. Just sad, disappointing vegan food.”

“One of the best Chinese restaurants/cafes I have ever had in Philly. Everything was housemade and tasted like home. We ordered beef noodle soup, dumpling samplers, coffee, and matcha cheesecake. I was amazed by how tasty the beef and cabbage pickles were. The coffee was exceptional as well. The owners are very passionate about the efforts they put into making their food and the ingredients they use. When the owners are like that, I know the food is definitely good.”

“Food: For the breakfast sandwich, the vegan seaweed bacon is by far my favorite interpretation of "bacon". This is also the only place I can think of that currently has a good consistent tofu scramble. The donuts are also amazing. The flavors change every day, which makes it a joy coming every weekend. My favorite so far is probably blueberry matcha ❤️. Service: This is a small neighborhood coffee shop. The people who work at Kaibur know me by name and I know them (mostly) by name as well. Super friendly, cool people. Atmosphere: If you like Modest mouse, punk, and cool grungy art you'll probably be happy in this coffee shop. Definitely my kind of place 🙂.”

“Super cute place! Got one of their signature coffees, and it was lovely. I’m usually scared to get coffee in places because I think it’s going to be terrible (like Starbucks). I was pleasantly surprised when I got my cup. To find that it was creamy and full flavored. There’s a ton of artwork for sale inside, ranging in medium and theme. Something for everyone. I love that one of the rooms had art from one artist to showcase their work. Would love to stop here again when I’m in the area to see what new items are there and to have a nice cup of coffee.”

“This is a secure, accessible, and friendly cat cafe with excellent management, cat-centered protocols, and opportunities for adoption. There’s also a nifty-gifty shop up front with fun clothes, kid-friendly products, and pleasant hand-crafted products. It’s good to make an appointment first, as it’s a busy and popular spot. A half-hour session with the cats is $7 per person. The cat room is full of kittens and cats of all kinds, and a few other cat lovers who are generally pretty gentle and friendly. We had a blast and almost adopted a cat even though we have five already (!). I can’t say enough about the responsible, approachable, and knowledgeable staff on site. We learned they placed over 700 cats with families over the last five years. We really wish we lived closer to this fun and friendly cat world.”

The burger was small & the fries were fresh cut and slightly undercooked. My friend had the meatloaf sandwich with hash browns and gravy. He said it was delicious. The restaurant was kinda dusty and dark.”

“I've visited twice while running errands in Shadyside. The first was right after the covid lockdown ended. I asked for a dry cappuccino to go, and the barista responded, "I'm not doing that.". He ended up giving me a latte with oversteamed milk, after two sips I threw it away. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt granted what we were all experiencing at that time, so I went back today and tried to place the same order. The same barista said the exact same thing to me again. Twice I paid money only to be disrespected and get something I didn't want that tasted awful. They are unprofessional and pretentious. I will never go back, ever again.”

“Cute shop by Rittenhouse Square with limited outdoor seating and even fewer seats indoors. Ideal for to-go orders unless you can snag a table. The coffee was good with interesting latte specials. They have a bakery here so the pastries are nice and fresh! we were lucky to try their Pumpkin cheesecake bronut which was sweet and delicious! it can get busy so we didnt really linger long. It was great that it was so close to the park so you can take your goodies there while you stroll. Love the Vibrant colors here btw!”
