“First time here, highly recommended by our Air B & B hosts. The food was amazing, but the barista on duty this morning needs to learn to be polite to the customers. The man who took our order charged us for a large coffee but the way the order was given to the barista, it was made as a medium. My husband went to the counter and explained the issue to the barista (thin, with braids and glasses) and she made him a new drink. He was very polite and thanked her, and she was beyond rude. She never acknowledged him; she completely ignored him… didn’t reply, didn’t even look at him. We were loving this place - until your staff treated my husband rudely. We will spend our time and money at other places where all staff are courteous, and make their patrons feel valued. It only takes one rude employee to ruin what your other staff excelled at. Sad and disappointing.”

“One of the worst Starbucks locations I've been a customer at. Ashley should change her name to Karen, she's extremely judgemental, rude, and critical, when addressing customers. I've stopped coming here as a result, I suggest going down the road 4th st. to Harriet & Oak.”
