“I'm a little bummed that my wife wanted to drive onwards this morning after we got coffee because this looks like an amazing spot to sit and laptop for a couple of hours. I'll be bookmarking it for a future visit. First, great coffee. A cortado for me, served in a small paper cup. A latte for my wife. My coffee was strong and hot, perfect to get started on Sunday morning. Second, there's a big seating space inside. Most of the tables have power outlets and the background music is low. It looks comfy for sure. I definitely need to return to Hatchet and I'm glad they are a "round number" review!”

“Great idea for a restaurant that should be fully supported by the community, with decent food and nice atmosphere, but with slow service during busy lunch times (that can be excused as most of the staff are from the rescue mission). I had the New Orleans chicken sandwich with a side of home fries. The sandwich was huge, but was not sauced as expected, since the order was mixed up and they had put the sauce on the side. The staff is being trained so we know going in that service may be slow. Other orders like the French toast were delicious. I will be back to support this restaurant with their hopeful message.”

We each had an oat milk cortado while the kids enjoyed hot chocolate from the window seat. There was a massive line, but it went shockingly quickly and the staff maintained composure the entire time. You go inside and it’s super spacious. There are a lot of seats and it’s new and modern. They are also really fast, they had my mobile order ready within minutes. It’s very clean and the service is top notch. I would go out of my way to go to this Starbucks again.”

I asked for a straw and she rolled her eyes like I was asking to much. Then to make matters worse I gotta cup full of ice 😒 I would definitely like my money back.”

Sadly, they were out of baked goods when I arrived at 1 pm :( but my LATTE!!! I got a brown sugar and rosemary latte, it was the seasonal, thinking i would be adventurous, and it was incredible. There was even a hint of salt on top. Fantastic froth despite being an oat milk latte. Will be returning next time I’m in Charlotte!”

“Excellent service from the baristas but knocked off 2 stars since food is way overpriced and only the wealthy can afford to pay these kind of prices. Cost was $1.05 more than was quoted. I can't blame them due to inflation but it will make me think twice before going to Starbucks again to dine out. I kindly request Starbucks makes their prices more affordable and not charge $5.75 for a spinach feta wrap. Thanks to my hardworking dad money isn't an issue in my family but unfortunately that isn't the case for the majority of Americans in this country. Lots of inequality between the people.”
