“The drink quality here is great. The specialty lattes and teas are creative and full of flavor. The shop had a cool atmosphere with a good execution of the coffee and skull theme that seems to be popular amongst some newer coffee shops. However, the staff was a mixed bag. Some were very friendly while others were somewhat rude. The music was playing so loud that working remotely from here would have been impossible. It is a good place to try out for a cup of coffee but I don’t know if it would be a place I visit again.”

“What a quaint, neat place. Stopped in here for lunch while downtown at work and had a great experience. The place is nice and clean and the service is fast and friendly. I had a strawberry and banana along with a turkey and cheese panini sandwich. Everything was very tasty and I can’t wait to go back.”

Personal favorites include the iced lemon loaf, the savory chicken, maple butter and egg sandwich, and the customizable oatmeal with a delightful array of toppings – blueberries, brown sugar, dried fruit, nut medley, and agave syrup. The combination of wonderful beverages and friendly service makes this Starbucks my go-to choice.”

“Awkward customer service. Neither barista seemed very social or interested in answering basic questions. I ordered an iced seasonal latte, and even though they have 16 oz cups for iced drinks, she told me that I can only order a 20 oz in the iced drinks which was way more than I needed or wanted. If you have the cup for it, why wouldn't you let a customer buy that size? We all know that the bigger cup just means more milk and ice. The flavor was good, and I love crushed ice, so that's what my 3 stars are for. Would definitely try a different coffee shop next time.”

“The staff was great and very friendly! The price for the amount of coffee you get is really good, and the coffee isn’t watered down. The vibe in this place is great and really gives you that “I’m not in a small town” feeling. It was a good place to escape to. The place is HUGE and it has several choices for seating. I sat in the front corner at a cozy round table, and read a book. My ONLY complaint is that they didn’t have oat milk as a milk alternative. I personally think it’s the best for coffee, but my coffee was good nonetheless. It’s nice to know that I’ll have somewhere to get a good coffee for an amazing price when I visit home.”
