The high ceiling and lovely corner spots as well as the outside space make this a wonderful spot for all, couples, solo, getting some work done. I had a fabulous americano misto, and their chocolate and other offerings are great too. Wonderful warm service. Such a great spot if you love a Cafe experience at coffee prices.”

“Came to eat here for there Saturday night dinner. Restaurant was very clean and roomy with a relaxed atmosphere. It was perfect for my birthday date night. Waitress for were very kind and helpful. All the food tasted amazing and had a cool presentation but my favorite dishes were the pork with mash potatoes and beef tataki with egg. I would definitely come back here!”

“This Starbucks is one of my favorites. I will sometimes go out of my way just to come to this one because I know I'll have great service (I live on the south end of Red Deer). The staff have occasionally made mistakes but are very prompt and correcting the mistake and have even offered me free drinks as supplementation. The staff are always very pleasant and professional. It's a great place to stop right off of Highway 2 if you are driving through Red Deer! Highly recommend.”

“Drinks are constantly wrong. Giving me cold vs hot. Today my drinks not labeled and I think they gave it to another person she handed her drink back in drive thru.. and then they give me it someone touched it.. they also forgot to give me my gingerbread loaf and no receipt.. Another time I ordered a sandwich and was like the only one they had available and I get to the window and told they gave it to a customer ahead of me by mistake.. and my drink was made iced not latte. So now I always have to say the hot one.. I should of checked to make sure I had my loaf but I got 2 food bags and wasn't there. Not sure why my apple juice is labeled but not the latte. I'm pretty sensitive to caffeine and like to know what I'm getting. I keep going here as I live close by but even the walmart location I went and they must of closed over half an hour early no one was answering in drive thru and lights were off.”

“**Updated 2023** Just went for a visit to give it another chance. We initially stopped going here as order errors and slow speeds plagued our experiences. And while the speed and error issues seem to have been handled, customer service and experience is mediocre at best. Staff that takes your order does not speak into the mic clearly, as well, general tone and facial/body language suggest that they don't want to deal with customers. No smiles, no polite acknowledgment, just a blank stare until someone decides to speak up. That and the drinks were "ok" to disappointing. I don't recommend this location any longer, save your money and get a proper BBT experience elsewhere. ** Previous ** Finally a proper Bubble Tea house in the deep SE! We have been waiting for a while, and it didn't disappoint. The staff is very friendly and the establishment is very clean. There are a few tables and some couch seating available, as well as a few games to play while you are waiting for your drinks. Decor wise, it's not as refined as some other locations, but I'm sure it will change over time. Service was a little slower but I'm chalking that up to opening woes, and I'm sure it will improve. Parking is plentiful, and the facilities are well kept. Prices and selection are on par with other Bubble tea places in the city. A great place to bring the family when they get the bubble tea urge. Also a great spot to have a desert after eating at Silver City next door!”
