“I had been looking forward to coming to Three Monkeys Place since it moved across the square. New venue is more spacious and light filled, nice bits of greenery. The sweet roti pancakes were delicious BUT we all decided they would be much better with a savoury option! Food and service was good, atmosphere a bit lacking and WOULDN'T do split bills, even though very quiet.”

“I recently visited Nespresso Doncaster to try new pods, and unfortunately, the customer service fell short of expectations. While enjoying our tester coffees, a lady who worked there displayed a dismissive attitude, rolling her eyes and sighing as she passed by. It was a disappointing contrast to the pleasant and pampering treatment we’ve received in other Nespresso coffee boutique's. Regrettably, the negative encounter overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable visit. The only positive note was Jon’s polite and attentive service during the transaction. However, it’s crucial for the overall experience to be consistent. I’m giving Nespresso Doncaster a 3 star review, as the need for improvement in customer service is evident. Management should prioritize creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.”
