“I visited today while on a little mother daughter breakfast date and wow it was so good! We had hot chocolate, chamomile tea, the veggie omelet platter and pancakes with eggs and turkey bacon. My mom also had a blueberry fruit smoothie and it as delicious! Reasonably priced and a nice treat. When we come back to the area we will definitely come back. The lady working the front was also sweet!”

“sad to see Chip commercialized now. Been coming here ever since 2019 and cant believe their decline and inconsistency. Cookies used to be gooey, soft, flavorful, and cost effective. Now that they are expanding their locations nationwide, their quality of food had flunked. The Cookies are HARD, over-baked, and inedible. ( and hella pricey ). This used to be a gem. Disappointing.”

“Delicious and unique bubble tea flavors. I got the Apple kiwi and it was refreshing and not too sweet (unlike a lot of bubble tea places in the US). The names of the drinks are funny but was disappointed that they didn’t even attempt to translate most of them.”
