“I was a part of an American exchange program. Through this program, I was able to study at the University of Bologna for a year, and I took all my classes in Italian. Most of the classes had oral exams, so it really helped me to speak Italian better. The school is located all throughout the city center. The city is beautiful. I had a history class in a theatre, and one in a beautiful hall that had art on the ceilings and walls. I took a class on Dante and his literature which is amazing in itself. I also had a few other literature classes and an art class there. Taking classes at the University of Bologna was a wonderful experience!”

“If I could give negative stars I would. This school does little to nothing to help students. They are constantly telling you no when asking for help with anything or act like they are completely unable to make accommodations to people’s needs. They are unnecessarily rigid and strict about arbitrary things. You do not get your money’s worth at this school at all. If you live in housing, be prepared to not know where you live until you get their move in day and no one can help you move in. If you have to store your stuff between the semesters (you have to change housing every semester) be prepared to fit everything you have in 2 suitcases or boxes which you have to carry yourself to their office. They dont provide carts or assistance and tell you it’s your problem. They have terrible communication and wait until the last minute for important correspondence. The professors are completely anal about students using their computers to take notes and act like we are in the 1900s and still have to use pen and paper. The school expects the most from it’s students and gives little in return. Save your money go somewhere else.”

“As regards vaccination, it is well organized and very kind, I cannot say anything regarding the university, I cannot give any opinion as I am not a university student, nor do I have children who attend that university. I hope it works as well as vaccinations or better.”
