“Campus is really nice and clean. Gym is state of the art. The Computer Science department could use updates on their curriculum to reflect the real world technologies used.”

Loyola Marymount University

“Very large open space with public access. Very good conservation, little car traffic, ample parking and the few roads open to vehicle traffic, very well organized circulation. Expansive views of the City of Los Angeles. There is tranquility in an atmosphere of respect.”

100 E Tujunga Ave #100, Burbank, CA 91502, United States

“I booked a one way ticket to LA and started the Music Production Program at Icon Collective. This music school truly gave me the varied skillsets I’ve always been interested in learning like Music Business, The Artist Mindset, Songwriting, Music Theory, Studio Techniques, Ear Training, and Synthesis. Most importantly, the mentoring sessions were top notch! An added bonus was the incredibly supportive community experience. If you’re thinking about the total and complete school for music, the answer is Icon!”

Pepperdine University
4.5
( 16 reviews )

24255 Pacific Coast Hwy, Malibu, CA 90263, United States

“Graziadio Business School hosted the sixth annual Most Fundable Companies event last week, once again displaying its firm commitment to entrepreneurship. This school and its leaders have built a reputation for themselves in the community regarding entrepreneurship and leadership that sets them apart from most other business schools. For those seeking to make their mark as an entrepreneur, Graziadio Business School is the ideal place to study. Describing the Most Fundable Companies event as “inspirational” or “amazing” would simply be inadequate.”

Rio Hondo College

( 8 reviews )
Open until 04:30 PM

3600 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, CA 90601, United States

“Highly recommend to Cisco CCNA prep courses! Relaxed and friendly staff, nice campus and centrally located campus.”

Ucla Anderson School Of Management
4.8
( 10 reviews )

110 Westwood Plaza, Los Angeles, CA 90095, United States

“One of the best decisions I've ever made! Anderson is one of a kind. Best public school in the country, the facilities and faculty do not disappoint. Ensure you check which program is the one for you - FEMBA, EMBA, and regular MBA.”

Los Angeles Valley College
4.3
( 10 reviews )

5800 Fulton Ave, Valley Glen, CA 91401, United States

“This is not an organization, but more disorganization. I enrolled my wife for spring classes and they gave us no information how to sign up in their website, no orientation nor direction how to start from one point to next. It's been a 4th time I took my wife to the classes and no teacher is available to give permission for a classes. Most teachers are rude, unprofessional and they're late every day. I don't recommend anyone here if you really need to learn the language.”

Bookstore
4.3
( 8 reviews )
Open until 05:00 PM

Torrance, CA 90506, United States

“They never have supplies that the students actually need. Their art supplies are always low. When asked, they said "well they get sold out!" You would think there would be some coordination between the class schedules and the bookstore. We should not have to go to Micheals, Blick or Amazon to get supplies. Also, if classes begin at 8am, should they not be open a little before just in case they "do" have supplies that students need? Maybe I am misunderstanding what a college bookstore is supposed to do?”

Azusa Pacific University
4.2
( 9 reviews )
Open until 05:00 PM

901 E Alosta Ave, Azusa, CA 91702, United States

“It is a private Christian school so naturally it’s over priced. The parking for freshman is a joke. My teachers were mostly good at with a lot of experience. I enjoyed the work to and from easy to west campus. The dorms were fine. It definitely had a different vibe in everyone so be sure to do your research. I got stuck in Engstrom, known for being a stuffy dorm. While I’m not a huge partier, I still enjoy getting out and doing things and ended up being stuck on campus a lot due to the people around me mostly being nursing majors. I enjoyed my freshman year and the people I met. Wish I could have explored more.”

Biola University
4.5
( 6 reviews )
Open until 05:00 PM

13800 Biola Ave, La Mirada, CA 90639, United States

“It is ok to be fake Christians. No one care. This is called culture Christian. No one mean it. Sigh. Professor try to give godly ‘customer service’, but we don’t have to live it out, we just enjoy the 5 star service. ‘Culture Christian’, with that being said, we have similar culture background. For example, I watched the TV show or music before. This should be considered as ‘cultural’. Same goes to Christian culture. Tribalism. It is culture, people don’t have to live out the principles or don’t take it seriously. People come to Biola for good weather, Hollywood, Disneyland and something else. Pretty dry campus. Sigh, life is so short, and it is time to move on …. Sad”

Universal Technical Institute
3.9
( 8 reviews )
Open until 05:00 PM

4175 E Conant St, Long Beach, CA 90808, United States

“Not worth being in debt $30,000 or more for a school that doesn’t replace broken gear or tools. You’d be better off learning and getting experience by working in the field. This school was a waste of time for a lot of us because we were expecting to learn how to diagnose and repair a vehicle, but how can that be done when there’s missing components or the equipment provided wasn’t even working. Don’t waste your time or money on this school.”
