“The staff is very friendly, the service is a little slow but in all honesty one guy was working service and parts so i can't blame him. I will update after the repairs are done. 3 days later and I'm still waiting for my truck to get fixed. It took a whole entire day to replace a def pump then to find out the new pump installed was no good as well. They reorder the part it come in early in the morning but it's currently 13:15 and no one is working on it. I could only imagine how bad it would be if they didn't have "24 hour service". I've already been told two days in a row excuses why they couldn't work on my truck overnight. So much for "24 hr service". Will update again if my truck ever gets fixed. Day #6 I'm just gonna sum it up quickly. NO I don't recommend this location. The mechanics and foremen, although polite, drag their feet and are constantly yapping away. And what's worse the shop foreman lies and cover up for the mechanics. This is why I say find another location.”

“Terrible customer service right front the beginning. Bought a bumper online which stated one price to only then get an email stating that I would be charged additional to ship the item freight. When I contacted the company spoke to a representative by the name of Andrew who was unprofessional and rude. You think it would be common sense to sell an item online with the prices already there for the customer to see. As a company who deals regularly with parts you should already know what can be shipped via ground and what can only be shipped by freight based on weight and dimensions. I paid the Additional money to ship the item as I was working on a time sensitive repair for a customer. When I receive the item I find that the item scratched and damaged while in transit from poor packing, more disappointment. I didn’t have time to wait for another bumper or return the item so I took it. A week later I receive a bill from Fed-Ex charging me additional fees. When I call to inquire about this I get the same associate who continues to be in professional and gives me more attitude and sarcastic comments and responses. Been over a week and still no resolution and response to my inquiry. Do yourself a favor and never shop from this place. I will never do business here again.”

Management was great and worked with us on the issues we needed addressed and overall, our 2 day visit was satisfactory.”

“Great experience! Thank you Moe and crew! 🚨 There’s no room for trailers so don’t bring them. 🚨 Food truck twice a day! 1030ish and 1440ish. Great food cheap prices. We had an emergency come up, (DEF pump went out),so we called around to find a place to fix our 2019 cascadia. Other truck centers gave me 3 days until the diagnostics then another week earliest to get fixed… North Jersey Truck Center told us they could get us diagnosed the following day. We arrived late evening, Monday introduced myself and was able to stay in truck in the lot until morning. The following morning we checked in at 0600, my wife, dog and I were shown the drivers lounge which offered hot coffee, tea, vending machines, comfy couches, TV, etc. It was quiet and comfortable. They got us diagnosed in the morning and fixed up and rolling out by late afternoon! Really appreciate the expedient and diligent service! This was truly a God Send, fast and efficient, polite. Thank you :)”

If you want to bulletproof your engine or are looking for major power gains even, these guys have you covered. Sell so many high quality performance parts, and cheaper than retail msrp. By the time the parts arrived, our 38 ft Class A overheated 4 days prior to our scheduled appointment. We worked with John B., Zane, Thomas, Steve, and the other Steve's. plus your team of technicians. For 4 days, they did what it took to get us up and running again. They juggled us in and out so we could sleep in our rig all but one night. We loved visiting with Ms. Owens, too. I admit it was beyond pricey but we feel confident that Big Beatrix is ready to take us back to the lower 48. Thank you all.”
