If it is so full then everyone who sign up fast is either a liar or don’t have something important to do. People who struggle like me. Don’t have full access to any data & WiFi and trying to get food.”

“So my water was shut off I been getting the run around with documentation fax them multiple times my job has faxed them paperwork as well they claim they didn’t receive anything. I personally printed the documents and dropped them off I spoke to this lady and she sound kind of irritated with me but I don’t know why when I’m stepping out my Comfort zone to ask for help she responded we have 30days and I know that and understand that I just wanted to know if they going to help me or not so I can know what was my next move so my mind is everywhere and off the roof. I wasn’t trying to give her a hard time or anything I just need to know the next steps and what was going on still don’t know what’s going on with my application today no one answers the phones and if they do they finally answer when the day is about over yes I know it’s not there problem what’s going on with me but you guys suppose to help and communicate and that’s not being done.”
