“Unfortunately, my son has used it 6-7 times since the day I bought it, he got angry due to freezing problems or the mouse keyboard does not work. I talked to the technical service personnel and explained the problems. I sent it to the technical service again. This time, the corner of the case was damaged, but it did not happen during shipping. I took videos and pictures of the parcel. The USB port was stuck inside. Long story short, the computer is not working. Definitely do not buy a computer from here, you will regret it very, very much.
