“DC Computers in Hillcrest is the best computer store in San Diego. I honestly like it better than the Apple Store. They have MacBooks, MacBook Pros, iMacs, MacBook Airs, Mac Pros, Mac Minis + PCs for Sale, like IBM ThinkPads and Lenovo laptops. I got a MacBook Pro from them for my personal computer and they upgraded the RAM and the SSD Hard Drive. For my business, DC provided me with a powerful 27 inch iMac, and even replaced a cracked screen on a laptop for me and saved the data. Plus, they have some of the best deals on iPhones & iPads in town. They are so cool and understanding, and their customer service is terrific. Thank you DC Computers!”

“We tried to return a package of unopened Apple Tags at this store since we were there for a class. We showed the salesperson our Apple Store receipt. Salesperson says all Christmas returns was January 9th and we missed it by 2 days. We requested she speak to her manager. She came back and confirmed her manager will not authorized any exceptions. The next day, we returned the Apple tags at the Apple Oakridge store. They had no issues in taking it back and did not mentioned any deadline of January 9th. We felt the salesperson at the Apple Los Gatos store spoke to us in a very cold and demeaning manner and that there were no considerations that we also recently purchased an iPad, iWatch, Airpods and some other accessories. Granted that we didn’t purchased them at this store but it’s still an Apple Store, and we had receipts to show it. We expected a pleasant experience and some uniformity from Apple stores. It was not a pleasant experience at the Los Gatos store.”

“We drove down to the Apple Store today for an appointment for my friend whose iPhone had locked her out. We were a little late, and Jocelyn was waiting for us. She was great. She set her up with large letter login details, and activated a new phone. Everyone knew what they were and were very nice. Thanks Jocelyn + Apple. PS. I wish you would restore the black cherry solo loop! At the end of the day, the phone did not work yet, and we spent another hour or so with a genius who was not so much. Since the phone wasn’t working, wind, a mess, the car from the super genius, and as yet the old phone is not unlocked.”
