“I'd love to give Simply a higher rating. In-store, the experience is excellent. But their communication about a computer I had in for service was appalling. They didn't return phone messages or texts. Getting through to a live person on their phone line is a rare occurrence. I had to hunt them down via repeated phone calls to get the info I needed about the timing on my repair/replacement. Further, this is not new--it's been going on for years. I'd rather they just had an honest message, like, "We may or may not ever return a phone call if you leave a message here, but you can try..."”
