“Major dissatisfaction with the conduct of the property manager, Olivia Jenkins at the Platform. While the majority of the staff has been exceptional, I have observed a pattern of targeted behavior from Ms. Jenkins since my initial residency. Over the course of my 27-month stay, I have experienced veiled yet harmful actions directed at me, including an incident where she called a towing company just 12 hours ago. Furthermore, I would like to note that my vehicle had been parked in the same spot for over three months without issue, until it was conveniently towed today. This occurred after I had moved out and relocated across the street. I find it particularly convenient that a paper trail has now been created, citing the removal of two other cars from the same spot in the past couple of days. Additionally, it is disheartening that the corporate entity does not seem to address or acknowledge the treatment of its residents by Ms. Jenkins. Several residents in the four buildings of the Platform have recounted their negative encounters with her, with one individual being stuck in an elevator and receiving no concern or assistance from Olivia. Furthermore, reliable sources have conveyed that her behavior is consistently problematic. The platform is a beautiful community, and I want to say again that the majority of the staff has been very lovely, pleasant and just purely phenomenal. It’s just that the head honcho doesn’t share those traits. If you can get away without dealing with her, then you would most likely like Platform. Additionally, there have been attempts to impose unjust charges, despite prior assurances from her staff. Moreover, her failure to provide the move-out guide in a timely manner, deliberately sending it after I had returned my keys, is particularly concerning. When I visited the office today to request a meeting with Ms. Jenkins, she declined and instead delegated communication through the concierge with sticky notes. Despite my numerous emails, she has not responded to address my concerns. Consequently, I am compelled to pursue a Fair Housing complaint, as I firmly believe that Ms. Jenkins has unjustly targeted me on multiple occasions. I’m sure she will respond to this review or have someone for corporate do it and not actually address my concerns and use that paper trail as evidence that she had the right to do so( tow car) I have photo evidence that I was targeted, I’ve took in a photo of at least two vehicles parked in the exact same spot, and they have not been towed. I have uploaded three 3️⃣ different vehicles within the last 24 hours that were parked in the same exact spot I was. And they have yet to be towed. That is how I know she is targeting me. But let’s actually talk about how she seems to target people of color that live at Platform. The list can go on and I’m ready to step forward. She is the absolute reason I chose to move out of the platform. I had a beautiful apartment that I made home. But the negligence, nasty behavior & dismissive tone, whenever she is approached , as if she doesn’t want to deal with residence made me not feel comfortable, and I did not want to always feel like I am being attacked. Again the list can go on. This is just a taste. I have a lot more to express.”

She loves what she does and it shows in her work ethic. Jonathan is another genuine spirit who displays professionalism, patience, and is easy to talk too. I'm grateful to have them as the Manager and Assistant Manger of The District. Now, the Maintenance Team....They are all in a class of there own. They have been nothing but professional, respectful, courteous and always on time when something is needed in my unit. I appreciate each and every one of them my living experience at The District at Windy Hill has been nothing but amazing. Thank you ALL for your hard work and dedication you bring to our community it's greatly appreciated”

“We stayed a week in a three bedroom condo with 3.5 baths. Everything was up to date, two elevators run so there a was rarely a wait. Very clean lobby because the staff are constantly mopping and sweeping. The outdoor pool was warm-not super refreshing but that is expected in July on the gulf. Our condo had a modern, well equipped kitchen, a large balcony and plenty of living space for the 7 of us. Access to the beach is via a long boardwalk. You can rent chairs and an umbrella for a daily or weekly fee, or you can bring your own. On our last evening we had a medical emergency- neighbors in the condo were amazingly medically helpful while we waited for emergency responders. Thank you for the kindness and expertise you showed. The city of Orange Beach really needs to think about emergency infrastructure that can respond more effectively. They seemed overloaded and the roads become blocked easily. The responders who came to our condo were extremely professional and kind. Thank you.”

“This is a great RV park! It's kinda crazy that it's tucked right in Chelan! The grass is very luscious, there are big trees that help with shade if you are summer camping. Don Morse park is right next door and it's so easy to grab your stuff and spend the day at the beach playing in water! There is also a skate park, a small go kart track, bowling and put-put golf all within walking distance. And if you are looking for a quick bite, Lakeview Drive In is really really close and their burgers are delicious! One of my favorite places to go! The only problem was that they don't have additional parking for extra cars, you either have to find a side street in the neighborhoods close by or pay to have it parked next door at Don Morse park, which was ridiculously expensive. I think they need to change their game plan on that. I think additional parking needs to be created or work out a deal with the park next door for like $10 a day like most campgrounds. Another thing was there were sooooo many spots open in the campground and they would even let us park there because it was considered fully booked. We even said we would.move if the campers came to claim their spot. We didn't have one neighbor the entire time we were there...... something needs to change about that.”

“The condo serves its purpose which was basically just somewhere to sleep while visiting orange beach, but compared to the various other places I’ve stayed over the years here in Orange Beach this place just did not live up to expectations. The place had roaches in the kitchen area, one of the mattresses was busted. Giant dip on one side of the bed, they did replace the mattress for us after 4 days so we definitely appreciated that but that is something that tends to be done before renting it to someone. Also the fridge was leaking and the wifi was out during our stay.”

“UPDATE 11/6: I moved out of Avalon Potomac Yard on August 28 and have NOT received my itemized list of deposit deductions and remaining deposit amount. I have called the billing office 3 times with no resolution. They are "expediting" the check now. Per VA tenant law, I should be entitled to the full deposit amount as we are well beyond 45 days of having moved out of the apartment. Avalon blames USPS - they actually had the WRONG address for me initially and said the check was lost in the mail twice now even after updating with my correct address. If you make the decision move here, do not get a parking pass. It costs $75/mo. Park on the street as the garage door has been broken for over 7 months and cars are being broken into in the garage. Fire alarms go off on a regular basis causing full building evacuations. The leasing office staff keep their doors locked and shades down - you cannot stop by the leasing office without an appointment. Full disclosure I am in a one bedroom with a den and my rent is being raised $300/mo if I renew for the same unit for 13 months. No negotiation whatsoever. Do not overpay for this place. You can rent a townhouse in old town at these prices. UPDATE: Leasing office did not input my forwarding address correctly in their system after providing it to them twice, and I have yet to receive my itemized deposit deductions within the 45 day window. When I reached out to them they directed me to their "billing" line and were unhelpful. Be aware of these business practices and quadruple-check that they have your forwarding address correctly noted upon move out.”

“This apartment was very nice and well kept when we moved in in 2021. Since 2021, there has been a steady decline all around with a significant amount of difficulties during our time living here. I would not recommend this apartment to someone as of now. It appears the apartment is going to be under new management soon so hopefully they are able to improve in the future. Pros -The maintenance staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. -There are options for balanced room sizes for roommate situations. Cons -Cars get broken in here relatively often (stated by the cop who did my police report). My car was broken into during broad daylight. The following year my car was vandalized (pieces ripped off of it). The property has no cameras to assist with break-ins. Be cautious if you have a car of value. -Construction has been ongoing since we moved in 2021-2023 and it appears there is a never ending list of projects. This has caused a wide array of inconvenience (loud noises, fire alarms being set off so frequently you begin to disregard it, limited access to personal balconies, restricted pool access for months, garage repairs resulting in no guest parking available at all). -The general cleanliness of the property has been at a decline. Millenium charges you a substantial amount of money to DNA test your dogs poop (so you can be billed if you don’t pick poop up). However I have stepped in other people’s dog poop countless times while attempting to clean up after my own dog. Additionally it is a frequent issue that dog poop/urine is found in common hallways and even was observed once in the elevator. Staff are aware as they will send an email or post a paper notice telling residents to pick up after their pet. I’m interested as to why the expensive fees for DNA testing when this technology does not appear to be utilized to keep the property clean. -As a resident you are required to pay for trash services. Fees for trash violations are intermittently and selectively applied. However trash services are not always consistent and there have been many days that they don’t show up at all. -Lastly, this area is very nice and there are multiple other apartment options at a similar price points (or cheaper) nearby that offer higher security in parking garages and better amenities.”

“origin neighbors: "like" this comment if Origin raised your rent more than 20%… they just raised our neighbor's rent over 25%... $700+ more per month. read those reviews before you consider living here. and remember they incentivize tenants to write positive reviews. Look, I don't want to write this review but it's frustrating to have so many issues and still get gouged on rent. This is one of the most expensive buildings in Arlington. "Luxury" is front doors that haven't worked for over 2 years. They don't lock, sometimes they don't even open, and the handicap button has never functioned. Zero security and we're right next to a bus stop and busy city street. Random people walk through the lobby with packages unattended. It's unacceptable. Come tour so you can see the broken TV on the patio, leaking ceilings, printer that doesn't work, more broken doors on the roof (good luck getting to the pool), and the bathroom with a sink that simply doesn't turn on. All in all, a beautiful building built in 2018 and falling more into disrepair each day. $2800 for a studio but they can't get the front doors to work.”

“I'm providing a 1-star review for this apartment complex as 0 stars is not an option. Despite claiming to be a "luxury" gated community, the gate has been non-functional for months, leading to security issues like car thefts & car break ins. Management seems to lack any concerns or urgency to replace the gate. After expressing an issue I had to management, I mysteriously lost access to the community portal with an access end-date as the same day I addressed my concerns. They attribute it to be coincidence I was revoked my access, but it feels very deliberate. The focus of this apartment appears to be solely on profit, with huge rent price increases and minimal care for residents. The management is dreadful, and the overall experience falls far short of expectations. Leasing agent availability in person is minimal, 2 days a week. If you have a question or need anything they expect you to call, good luck if somebody ever picks up. Camden North Quarter is a disappointing choice—I wouldn't recommend it. Save your money & move somewhere better!!”

“I have leased an apartment for several years. There is always an increase in rent every year. A high rollover rate with new management coming in every 6 months to a year. You never know what you're going to get. Some managers are really strict, and others will have the patience to work with you. If you're in an outdated apartment, then they won't waive the transfer fee of $500 to change to a more up to date unit. All other prices went up as well (application fee, deposits, pet rent, transfer fees, etc.). You have to make 3 times the base rent a month even to be accepted for a lease. On a positive note, they are continually making improvements to the property. New LED lighting, paint, and roofs are some of those improvements. Granted, they do keep track of hundreds of residents while maintaining a safe living environment. There is also a security patrol on call as well as emergency services when the office is closed”
