Look, I don't want to write this review but it's frustrating to have so many issues and still get gouged on rent. This is one of the most expensive buildings in Arlington. "Luxury" is front doors that haven't worked for over 2 years. They don't lock, sometimes they don't even open, and the handicap button has never functioned. Zero security and we're right next to a bus stop and busy city street. Random people walk through the lobby with packages unattended. It's unacceptable. Come tour so you can see the broken TV on the patio, leaking ceilings, printer that doesn't work, more broken doors on the roof (good luck getting to the pool), and the bathroom with a sink that simply doesn't turn on. All in all, a beautiful building built in 2018 and falling more into disrepair each day. $2800 for a studio but they can't get the front doors to work.”
