“If you’d like to keep your nerves, don’t move into 4403. We’re moving out from this apt this month because of the neighbor upstairs. Knowing that in this building there is a lack of soundproofing, she wears heels in the apartment (this isn’t a joke, she confirmed that in a person conversation). I feel that I literally live with our neighbor and cannot relax at home neither daytime nor nighttime. I talked to leasing office, called a lot of times during nights to courtesy patrol but nothing changed. Of course, I understan they can do nothing cause there is a problem in a construction itself. Our neighbor downstairs has also experienced the same situation with us when we’ve moved in. We talked to each other and solved this problem by putting a carpet on the noisiest area and started acting more mindful. But this way hasn’t worked with our neighbor upstairs and since last May/June (when our neighbor moved in) my life became a nightmare. I literally use earplugs at home every day. I’m so happy to move from Neptune to a quieter place. In fairness, the Neptune building is very beautiful with great amenities such as pool and gyms but not the apartments. P.S. even right now I’m writing this review and listening to hits, heels, barking from upstairs. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE WHERE YOU WANT TO LIVE.”

Great place, great amenities - fantastic gym. We love it here.”
