“Andy is the best!! He is so kind, so quick, so professional, so easy to deal with and very knowledgeable!! We stayed at these condos for a weekend and we want to buy one!! We love them! The ladies in the morning are not the kindest, but that’s ok, the property is well maintained (not super updated, but clean). The view is amazing. It is not luxury, but it is very nice! Rooms have a great layout and it’s a great place to stay! The pool is awesome and so is the hot tub!”

“Ms Clements and I interacted back in February over an issue I was having and again tonight. Initially I was not sure what to expect given that I was told she would call me back after 5pm, a time when everything is closed and everyone has gone home. The reality is, is that she did call. She was very patient with me as I explained my frustration over an issue and she educated me on the process so that I would better understand what I needed to do moving forward. I am not sure if any resident in Bella Vista could ask for more than that. I find that customers are very hard on people when they don't get exactly what they want. I believe in compromise and to keep an open mind even over the most frustrating issues. We need more people like Kelly Clements. No process is perfect and I cannot imagine how overwhelmed she must feel at times. I've been in the military for nearly 30 years now, and I have seen many issues. I cannot think of a single issue that I have resolved through pure emotion. Kelly was calm, welcoming and presented the facts. Thank you Kelly!”

Everyone in the office has been incredible and super helpful, but I want to give a special shoutout to Starr for going above-and-beyond in making the leasing process smooth and easy and for having such a positive and kind-hearted attitude! The apartments themselves are stunning, spacious, and really at terrific prices for all that’s included in them, and lots of parking is available. It’s a beautiful area and a cozy community, yet still close enough to easily access the main roads. All in all, wow! I really look forward to my time here, and again I thank Starr and everyone at the office for such a warm-welcome!”

“I've been living here since June 2023 and the Management team has been nothing short of spectacular. I moved from a "high end property" in Galleria that had fallen to bad management and was not a safe place to live at anymore. Leonardo, Victor, Kelly and the rest of the staff have been amazing at making me and my children feel welcome and address any issue very promptly and politely. The Concierge and Valets are all great and very welcoming and helping in every regard. The amenities are bar none the best in the city. Everything is always working and clean. They make a sincere effort to look out for the residents. My neighbors are great as well, have made many friends with the families in the building. Looking forward to many more years here and would highly recommend anyone looking for a no non-sense amazing place to live to come to MST. (And put me down as a referral!! haha)”

As for me in good condition, gym, swimming pools and tennis court. At the end of the complex there is a small forest for walking. The utilities are not expensive.”
