“Miro Brickell is a great place to live. I lived there from January 2020 through March 2023. It's located only a few blocks from amazing restaurants and bars. The building it-self if always super clean and the amenities such as the gym and pool are never too full. Most of all, the staff genuinely cares for their residents. I especially want to thank Emma and Tania who always were welcoming and kind. They would go out of their way to give Rocco (my dog) a treat and were always super helpful in regards to any maintenance issues. If you're looking for a place in the middle of Brickell that offers luxury amenities at a decent price and a friendly staff, look no further.... I wholeheartedly recommend Miro Brickell.”

“This was by far one of the smoothest renting experience I’ve had. The service was amazing! Laura the representative who handled all our process was absolutely awesome. She was so prompt and professional, all our questions and concerns were addressed. No doubt one of the factors that gave us the confidence in the Camden community. Everything was sooooo easy to do and fast! I really don’t have much to complain about the process at all. Convenience was the most important factors for us. This location is so perfect, just about everything is a 5-15 walk. Being close to or basically on the water is a plus. On the other I was socked to find out there were no elevators in the complex. But regardless we still chose to live here because it situated in such a good location and pretty nice overall.”

“My son was ready to move out of the house and he decided to search for a place at the Palmer. We made the appointment and we were very impressed with such a nice building and the great amenities. The rental community has everything including an amazing gym , pool and many common areas for social events. The apartment is clean, spacious, new appliances and most importantly is secure. I also would like to mention the great service from Freida in the leasing office, she was very professional, took her time to show us the building , walk us through the leasing process and has been there for us responding to all our questions. The Palmer is a place for small families and young people! Well recommend.”

“Updated review of December 2023 They are in a great location and they have made changes in the management office to improve the service to residents. The building is pet-friendly and has a supermarket at the bottom. It is so convenient and you have an elevator to access to it. They have a nice gym, library and a playroom. The pool and outside area are beautiful. They only problem is the BBQ because of the expensive price to use it and only with reservation and deposit. They are located near metromover and metro rail which makes it very well communicated.”
