“Easily the worst (and most expensive) apartment complex I have ever lived in. Not worth the money at all and rent only goes up to renew your lease. Something in my apartment breaks every month. First it was the washer, then the dishwasher, and now the AC... list goes on and on. But the absolute worst thing about this place is the noise. Don't let the leasing office tell you it's not a problem. Because it is. It's a huge problem. Even with quiet neighbors, the walls are just so then you hear everything and it's miserable. Staff is unhelpful at best and rude and condescending at worst. The courtesy officer is completely useless, and any noise complaints don't get solved, so just get used to being miserable. Also you have to pay for a package service box that never works. So anytime you get a package be prepared to spend 10 minutes digging through the hundreds of packages the delivery drivers just chuck into the mail room. They won't refund your money for this service either. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance team. They've always fixed the problems in my apartment. I just wish the on call tech would've fixed my AC after hours instead of having to wait all weekend until Monday.”
