“I like this community for many reasons. - Their maintenance team service is excellent. - Renewed Gym is more spacious. There is no need to join Planet Fitness or any other gym. - Location is convenient for Costco, Home Depot, Twin Peaks, Publics, CVS, schools, colleges, and FLL airport.”

“This community is amazing! The office staff are very friendly and always address any concerns we have. Service requests are handled promptly. Adler, the service guy, always replies quickly and fixes anything that needs to be fixed. The community has a beautiful pool, a 24/7 gym, friendly neighbors, and the best part is the events the office holds for us. I hope to stay here for many years to come.”

“I have lived here for 3 years, I moved in when the building first opened and it is a lot different now than it used to be - but still great. This building is located in the middle of the Las Olas Riverwalk, which makes for excellent walks. They have monthly jazz events and open air markets that take place. You are also surrounded by clubs and restaurants, so it can get loud at night depending on which side of the building you’re staying on. There’s also trains that go by all day, which are very loud, but you get used to it. The amenities of the building include a beautiful pool that can get crazy sometimes, but you’re in South Florida. The clubs can also attract crime and danger but that can happen anywhere depending on location. The prices here are a little outrageous, which is one of my only big complaints, along with the building constantly switching management companies. But it’s a nice modern building, amazing views and an even better location. This place has its issues, just like every other apartment complex of its size. So you have to keep that into consideration when living here. This building also attracts a younger crowd, so there’s always partying and things going on, which can sometimes result in some craziness. Overall I loved my 3 years that I lived here. All of my experiences here, good and bad, all contributed to my rating. If I lived in the area again, I would highly consider Society again. Cheers.”

“Problem: major construction right next door. I've lived here for two years. Overall, I LOVE the building. Very high quality finishes and absolutely beautiful amenities. If rating on quality of the furnishings and amenities, 5 ⭐️. I use all of the beautiful public spaces regularly, and love it. Now the bad part. The reason I gave it one star is because of the incredibly loud construction literally across the street from our apartment. When we moved in, the area was empty, and we were told they wouldn't be building there (she bold faced lied to rent it). I work from home and it is absolutely mind numbing how consistently loud it is. I am paying a lot of money for a balcony that I can't use. There's dust all over the place, so I can't open windows, and literally the balcony is so noisy if you try to go out during the day. I have to play music all day to drown out the incessant drilling and pounding. It is incredibly stressful, and I moved here for serenity!!!! Literally the other night at 9pm they were drilling with a huge floodlight that was right into our apartment. This is the only reason that I'm moving. The thing that kills me is they are still raising prices here even though this construction is horrible from 7am-8pm EVERY DAY. I don't want to move, but the fact that they are still charging top dollar for an apartment where construction is intrusive is not acceptable. We checked, and a comp for our unit is higher priced than when we moved in!!!! I would seriously consider other locations (like ICON) That are lower price, yet with no construction next door, with just as nice furnishings. I literally can't believe they are charging top dollar for a building with major construction next door. I would think prices would go down (or level out) but Alluvion is the highest priced apartme t building on Las Olas, but prices still went up. No thank you. I cannot deal with construction, and would never have moved here had I been told about it. This is why the 1 star. We considered moving to another unit, but Im pissed that they continue to raise prices. If you aren't home during the day, I guess it wouldn't be a problem. Btw, the building next door opens in 2025, so you have a full year of construction ahead of you if you move here--something they won't tell you. One final thing.... The building will almost fully block the beautiful view we have of the ocean, which was literally a huge selling point for us. Again, to pay more for a place that we are being inconvenienced for is not right.”
