“I asked where I have to wait my bus, all screens are off. An employee tell me to check two lines. But the bus arrived on an other line, later than it has to be. Everybody waiting was confused, because couple of buses was without any information... Even the locals were confused, so me, a tourist who doesn't really understand oral Portuguese (but I manage to understand when it's written) I was lost! It's an adventure!”

“I found meandering through this shop wonderful, the variety of goods is excellent (and I thought it was just a Hardware), the prices are really good, especially when I compared it with the Chinese shop not far away which is abusing on their prices .. some items here were half the price of what the Chinese were selling at. What I would like to see is the Staff paying more attention to the customers and helping them out, or asking how they can be of assistance. However most of the Staff I noticed where busy with replenishing shelves and probably not in their job description to be servicing customers.. but it's something that's really needed, especially since most things require technical knowledge, it would be wonderful to have Staff that can explain the workings of many many items and their uses.”
