“David and Wendy at Totally Wicked we’re a total joy. First let’s talk about what I came in needing. I quit smoking 1 year ago. Since then I have put on more than 15 kilos as I have replaced smoking with food. So I decided I needed to get on to these with some nicotine to not run the risk of needing to start to smoke cigarettes again. I was waiting for a train and decided to look if there was an e-cig shop near by. I came in and the shop was incredibly clean. Both team members were wearing face masks and behind plastic screens. They gave me enough to look around without pouncing, and then David kindly came close (keeping socially distant and with mask on) and asked what I was needing. I explained to David what I was after and he narrowed down the needs to two options. Wendy came over to give some input too, they work AWESOME together, and had the product I was eyeing up. It was just £16.99 in a lovely brushed silver metal AND even came with three bottles of flavours. Wendy was very clear that they respect details such as email and that it respects GDPR and will not be shared. David informed me that they deliver world wide and as I work for a local business they do discounts on subsequent purchases. After purchasing (paid with my phone as they accept Apple Pay and contactless) they took me to a table and chair abs helped me set it up. Their customer service was out of this world and I’m very happy that they were able to guide me away from going back to cigarettes. I went with the Rhubarb & Custard, Blackcurrant and Fruit Fusion at 0.3% nicotine. It’s very rare that I make a decision and pay the first time I visit. They made the decision process really easy and simple. I will be coming back ok a frequent basis.”

“I used to love this store, but not anymore. Not sure what's happened over the past few months. Shelves not stocked as they used to be and often queues at the tills. On several occasions I have paid for feed at the tills, go to collect at the warehouse to be told it is out of stock. Their walkie talkie system between tills and warehouse often don't work. Even had the wrong feed bags loaded into my car - Can they read the collection note? All a faff to get refunds and swap - especially if you have to drive back! The odd mistake yes, but it is happening far too often. Seems a lot of staff wandering aimlessly about who are happy to help, but don't look constructive. Perhaps some could make sure that all goods have price tags or man the customer service desk? Today I couldn't buy animal medicines at the counter as they did not have qualified staff to serve and won't have till Monday. So I've bought them cheaper on line. In my opinion just not good enough! It used to be a good store - what has happened?”

“One of the smallest Iceland stores I have seen. Narrow aisles but still has all you need. The store could do with the upgrade that the other stores are getting but as they are using the smaller freezers it looks as if it would be difficult. Shop was clean and fairly bright where the windows were a little gloomy along the back wall, ambient food and till area. In conclusion it is a small Iceland that doesn't have the full range, it is more of a mid-week shop rather than the full shop.”

“Great quality logs here, we have bought logs from a lot of places and these are really good quality compared to other shops the only downside is that a stove installation come comes on a Monday and fills the van with trolly after trolly of logs which means they run out really quickly so if you want to buy any you have to be quick. I'm assuming this is on the same day home bargains get there delivery”

“This is my local branch which I have been coming here for years and they are brilliant. Open early and close late, the staff members are friendly. I had a problem where a customer ordered a product from china and all the bolts and sizes were wrong even the instruction manual did not make sense. So i brought in random bolts and nut sizes where thankfully Abdul the duty manager there, went way up and beyond. Helped me size up all the bolts and get me the missing bolts and nuts i needed to finish off the customer's ottoman bed. His very friendly and efficient and I am and will be a loyal customer. Great guy”

“Staff are so rude and condescending! Do no go here! I visited the Worthing store today with my mother, my two children and my nephew. We popped in after having fish and chips for a sweet treat. My son and nephew were wandering the store and I was selecting some chocolates, when we hear a commotion in the neighbouring aisle. A customer accused my 15 yo nephew of trying to steal vapes and members of staff stormed over shouting at him and my son to leave the store. There was no politeness in asking them what was going on or dealing with the issue in any civil manner. The staff didn't come to speak to me as the parent present. There was no explanation to the way your staff reacted, and to be frank, we were disgusted with their behaviour. Yes my nephew is underage, but looking at the flavour of vapes which are displayed by the tills in full view of children, does not mean that he is going to steal them! Even touching the packaging doesn't mean he is stealing. Complete lack of decorum from all staff present! Shame on you all. I have contacted headquarters to make an official complaint and I hope he staff receive some proper training on how to deal with innocent customers in such events!”

“I went in to pick up groceries and needed the assistance of this black male who seems to be working around the self service area. He was very reluctant to help when I asked for his help, he repeatedly asked me to excuse him (out of his way) whilst I was asking for his assistance. He walked passed me and he never stop to help me. I thought he was very rude and lack customer service. I think he ought to treat everyone equally with respect and kindness. I hope the management team have a meeting with this particular staff so that he doesn’t do this again m.”
