Maria is very knowledgeable, she listens to what you are looking for and makes recommendations based on your preferences and mood of the day, or if there’s ever new products that she knows are worth trying. Look for her for 10/10 service. Sadly they don’t rely on a security staff, which means employees are fending for their safety and other customers if things get agitated, as unfortunately downtown can attract unpleasant and sometimes dangerous individuals. Highly recommend this to be changed for better performance.”

Disappointed when one (1) particular US wine continues to be out of stock when it is always plentiful at the LCBO in Toronto.”

I told her I know what I want and she said "it does not exist ". Once I show her in the SAQ application that it does exist the product (gin) , she goes right away "' I don't have it ". I show her that there are showing "8 in stock " on the app and is impossible to be a mistake with that quantity. She continues saying "we don't have it *. What an employee...! She locked the door and left with the cash to go to the back of the store...so I guess she is a manager ? Disgusting experience.”
