“We had to go check out the new Publix store and look around. We decided to go ahead and have lunch there so we picked up some lobster bisque soup some fish, shrimp, corn fritters and cheese curds. They have a drink bar with Coca-Cola products and I really like the diet Coke so I got that. Marilyn wanted a sandwich so she got some cold cuts and cheese and a bun. We purchased everything and took the elevator upstairs to the mezzanine where they have seating for lunch. They also have a nice couch up there you can sit on too and look out over the store. After lunch we did a little more shopping picked up some things that we needed and then back home. We really enjoyed our outing today.”

After a few minutes of waiting the friendly redheaded girl, called me back to be served. It was at this time. The manager very loudly stopped me and told me she was going to have to escort me out of the store and explain it to me when we got outside. When we got outside, it turns out my my ex-husband niece works there and she doesn’t want to see me. So the manager had me removed from the store because her attendant told her to. It gets even better if you wanna keep reading. The manager sent me to the Tarpon Spring store. So I went to the Tarpon Spring store and I told the manager what happened and it turns out he’s the general manager for the area. This guy took my information said he would call me back with a resolution. The resolution was the employee has decided I can now come in the store but I have to be on my best behavior. So not using a company anymore.”

One I ordered it a week or more in advance and they made there on the stop. Having to wait wasn't ideal since everything should have been ready when picking up my order. Now what's really the problem is I ordered cupcakes it was supposed to be whipped cream which was an extra charge by the way and they gave me buttercream. So the order wasn't done right at all I paid extra not a couple of dollars either. So please if you order a cake here make sure you check it before you leave. This is just sad come on publix 😡”

“You cannot get around this store. The manager over orders and just places carts of overstock in the aisles. The customer service is awful. The manager just walks around the store aimlessly while her employees do all the work. The store also will randomly close because the manager can’t properly run a store. The products are stale or old with a ton of dust on it because of the overstocking issue and potentially the lack of FIFO. Biggest problem is the manager know she can get away with this since this is the only store to shop for the residents in the area. Save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere else.”
