15255 Lebanon Rd, Old Hickory, TN 37138, United States

“We have been loyal customers to Vintage since they opened. We are there every week. Over the past few weeks, we have asked on 4 different occasions if we could purchase the Blanton barrel that is at the first along with all the others that are for sale. All 4 times we were told that it was not for sale, or that it’s a rare one so it will not be sold. On Thursday night, I walked in and asked again if it was for sale, it’s sitting right next to all of the others… the girl told me no- it’s rare so it will not be sold. On Friday, my husbands friend walked in and they sold it to him no problem! I called and the lady basically just said it must have been a miscommunication. Very frustrating! I don’t understand why we were lied to over and over again. It’s very upsetting. We will be taking our business elsewhere.”

1905 N Jackson St #500, Tullahoma, TN 37388, United States

“The night crew there is a hassle to deal with. They are all very rude and clearly want the customers out of the store. I totally understand that, but as I was checking out 20 minutes before close (which, if you’ve ever worked in retail at all, that’s plenty of time before closing for a customer to be checking out…). Walking into the store, the young lady collecting carts rudely cut us off before grabbing a buggy. That takes two seconds to do, and she stood there for easily 3-4 minutes and looked at me many times while standing there trying to get a buggy. I gave her a smile, trying to be friendly and she didn’t even speak a word to me. TERRIBLE customer service right from the get go on this trip. Then, as I’m navigating the app deals and store shelves, I’m finding that a LOT of my items and sale choices were not matching up in store. I’ve dealt with this many times at this specific Kroger and the employees, daytime or nighttime, are always rude about it. Anyway, as we got to self checkout 20 min before close, we were trying to hurry as to not be a bother to the employees trying to go home. My husband couldn’t see the screen at self checkout said “closed” and I tried telling him the light was off but he really couldn’t hear me over chatter in the store. Apparently, the young lady manning self checkout on 9/26 even told him it was closed but again, he couldn’t hear; but as he got to that register he heard her make smart remarks to him like “alright then, whatever” because she assumed he was ignoring him? VERY insensitive and rude to say something like that. What if he were an actually audibly impaired person? That’s ridiculous behavior from CUSTOMER SERVICE employees and I truly hate shopping at this store so I guess I’ll just boycott it after that employee smarted off to my husband. There is only one employee at this Kroger that’s EVER been friendly and it’s the cashier with short short dark hair and southern accent. She’s always so friendly but I haven’t seen her lately so I guess I’m just done with this store. Bad, bad, bad customer service.”

1410 Sparta St, McMinnville, TN 37110, United States

“Are we just gonna ignore grooming standards nowadays? Nothing creeps me out more than an ol dude with pink glasses and disgustingly long fingernails rummaging through your produce to make sure you scanned all your stuff correctly and then watch the video on top of that to make sure you’re not some degenerate thief. The dichotomy at this location is mind blowing.”

“Went in today and bought a bottle of red wine, when I get home and opened it it smelled like vinegar, and was carbonated like. I called them and they said sorry we can't do nothing about it. So I'm out money and there is no number to call the bottling company. Ewww gross bad wine”

“Would have given it 5 but the elderly white manager with a limp had a very nasty attitude. She also out and out lied when asked if there was any more of a certain item in the back or if a truck would be in before the sale was over. The reason I gave it 4 stars is the nice young man named Jimmy. He went out of his way with a smile to bring out an entire rack of the item I asked for then gave me the best ones. Then apologies for how I was treated and told me what days the trucks come and when the sales run ( I was a new customer) after the very nice older gentleman at the register rang up my purchase he carried my purchase to the car (I am in leg braces, an arm sling and need a cane for balance from a recent car accident) The exceptional service and kind service by those two employees are the reason I will shop at that store again....as for the woman with the nasty attitude she needs a serious attitude adjustment she has no business in customer service.”
