It isn't as light and bright as many commercial grocery stores and the organization was different than I'm used to (which means you really need to slow down and look at everything or you'll miss some great deals). Good prices on meat and I was surprised to find books and cookbooks on one table. You won't find everything on your shopping list, but if you go in with an open mind you'll likely find more than you anticipated!”

“Stopped here the first time about 2 years back to look at Bourbon selection. They choices ranged from low budget rail Bourbon the some excellent sipping small batch bottles. Since then this is the place I go if I need to get decent priced wine, whiskey or drink stuff. It has a nice selection of most everything I would look for and convenient to boot. Also, the check out is always fast and staff very nice. Hard to say something that isn't good about Westside.”

“Stopped in to get my pregnant wife a bottle of non alcoholic wine and maybe see if I could spot their hidden bottle of bourbon. I started a conversation with Malay the owner. I mentioned I had picked up my retirement paperwork from the Army after 21 and a half years of service and that the bottle of bourbon that eluded me was Blantons Gold Edition. He was very busy so I continued to look around. As I got ready to leave he said “thank you for your service” and produced a bottle of the bourbon I’ve been after for a long while. Mr. Patel if you happen to read this, know your act of kindness today is a memory I will never forget! Needless to say you have a loyal customer for life. Sláinte”

“Grosero - Horrible customer service. We’ve been coming to this place for years, but when we found an item that we felt needed to be returned, the owner turned the experience into something horrible. What should have been a simple response like: ..”we can’t accept returns on perishables, but let me take note of your concerns…” turned into a barrage of how we had been the only people to ever complain about the product. He didn’t care to listen, and just continued his barrage nearly non stop until we said enough of this and left. Client be warned, don’t ever return or give feedback to the owner, or he will unload in the worst possible way. Will be taking my business elsewhere!”
