“Have been to this Walmart every time we deliver to Sarepta. We just restock. The staff at this particular Walmart is unusual for Walmart in the fact that they have ALWAYS been friendly and helpful. Thank you. So many Walmarts have staffing that are so VERY unfriendly, argumentative, rude, etc. Bloomington, Illinois, Walmart...was trying to explain a reason for a return. We had two identical items. Both needing returning. Due to a computer thing the receipt for each must scan as the one returned. Long story short, he scanned the wrong one, refused to look at the other or return my receipt so I could return the other item. In the middle of trying to explain, and in a kind voice mind you, he wheeled his chair (electric wheelchair) away, around the corner and out of sight as I was talking, never to come back. The lady assistant manager was nearly the same. So THANK YOU sarepta( Springhill) , Louisiana Walmart workers. You are appreciated 👍👍👍”

“A few days ago, I went shopping at this location which is a little out of my way. Initially I didn't find some of the things I was looking for. When I got to the cash register, I asked the cashier about the things I didn't locate. I was hesitant at first because some cashiers act as if you are a problem if you ask them questions while you are checking out. This cashier put a big smile on her face and told me "Don't worry, I got you". She then looked up the items and told me which items the store didn't have and where to find the items that the store did have. She put the rest of my items aside and waited for me to return. It is very nice to see that some people still have great customer service! I just want management to know that this cashier whose name I believe was Lea is a great asset to the store.”

“Me and a friend went 2 three yes THREE locations 2 find a pair of shoes for an event. 1st location(westbank) had the shoe as a display but wasnt the correct size. We were told that the shoe was available in metairie; correct size n color. 2nd location (metairie) didnt have the shoe and suggested the saleswoman incorrectly said METAIRIE but meant KENNER. 3rd location (kenner) initially said they didnt have the shoe at all but after much interaction the miraculously found the shoe in the back employee area...after 30-45 minutes. Who knows mayb they loved the shoes n had intention on purchasing them 4 themselves. Naturally this made us late for said event. On a side note I saw sum great graphic tees. Have a look😮 Thanks Tar-get!”

“We stopped in to get a light lunch to take back to our hotel on a Saturday and we were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked this store was given its size. There were a lot of cool things to an out of towner and we were able to still get a very local type lunch even though we stopped at a grocery store. Lines moved fast though the cashier was far more concerned with their personal conversations than with assisting customers. But if I was local I’d be here a lot!”
