“Buy my Christmas and Easter hams here every year, well worth the 1+ hour drive. Delicious deli and Boars Head meats. The meat department is amazing, an old-fashioned counter with friendly service, wonderful selection, delicious stuffed pork chops, and the hams are truly delectable. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get a stuffing ball, I need to plan better and order ahead. I love supporting local small businesses!”

“Always shop here but today, I was disappointed. I normally use the self checkout since I cannot blame anyone but myself on how my groceries are packed. Today the 4 self cgeckouts were busy so I went through the line instead. The cashier is always nice. No complaints there. But the guy bagging the groceries, awful. Thanks for brusing my apples. You don't pack canned drinks on top of fruit and the pile other stuff on top. Young or old, doesn't matter. Treat my groceries how you would like yours packed. Next time I'll wait in line regardless if a line is open. Please teach everyone bagging groceries to pay attention. The town has friend people. Chit chat but please pay attention to how you pack. You don't need to rush. Just do it effectively and decently.”

“Visited Piggly wiggly on a regular basis when I come to door county. This was in early December and was delighted and treated to a string quartet or was it a trio?-- that had a performance over in the deli area. What a great idea. And it was so wonderful to listen to the group!!! I'll have to look at the picture. Even met some people in the grocery store that were very friendly and helpful!! Thank you Door Co! Love visiting in the fall and ☃️☃️”

“I had a bad experience at the deli where the guy working there was extremely rude. The general manager said she'd handle it which she seemed like that was her intention so that's good. But it was such a nasty experience I haven't been back to their deli since and I usually love the deli. And now I experienced poor service with the cashier and people just seem over all very rude here. It's over priced, I used to come here for convenience, but overall, I don't feel welcome here. Which is sad cause I live very close. I think I'm gonna be more conscious about where I spend my money and shop somewhere else. Not everyone in here is rude, but overall in my experience this is not a good store I'm sorry to say.”

“Just moved to the local area and found this was the closest grocery store. Finally found all my items and went to self checkout just to have a girl stand there and watch me. She then accused me of not paying for the $6 nacho cheese. Had a huge issue just to find out I did in fact scan it and pay for it. Definitely not coming back after being accused of theft after my first time there. Not pleasant and was treated like a criminal.”

“I used to enjoy shopping at Pick N Save in Eagle River until recently these last few months of '23. I have been feeling harassed by one particular employee that seems to now seek out my child and I to give him a sticker. Once was fine; but every time we went to self checkout the employee, a man, felt the need to talk to my toddler, give him stickers, and even attempt to put the sticker on my child one time until I said he's fully capable of doing so himself. My attitude and facial expressions towards this man, and even trying to block my child from him should have made it clear to leave us alone. This last time, I intentionally went to a regular checkout to avoid this employee, and he came over to give my child a sticker. I feel as if he waits for me to be busy with unloading my cart as well to approach my child. This employee is straight out unprofessional. He should not be making mothers with their children so uncomfortable that they don't even want to shop at the store anymore. I plan on speaking with someone about this, and if it happens again they will be losing my business and my families.”

“Years ago I went here, the cashier messed up the transaction so I didn't actually pay for gas. Came back immediately to pay for it and another cashier had cussed me out saying I was an awful person, criminal, going to jail. The other employee was actually at fault. I asked the one screaming if I could see the camera footage and she just kept saying I was a criminal. Never going back.”
