“I don't believe that I have had such fantastic customer service ever!!!from entering the front door , purchasing, and checking out !!! The manager helped me with all kinds of questions I had about purchasing my husband a weed blower. I wanted to compare a Stihl to an Ego and he bent over backwards to give me information about both without influencing me one way or the other. The knowledge he had was so impressive! He treated me like I was very important to him. He followed me through the whole process to the registers. That was another very appreciated time! Everyone was so friendly and courteous!!! I can NOT say enough good things about this store. All of the employees are knowledgable……….what a switch that is from so many places. Everyone visit the Ace Hardware on 29th Street-08314 and prepare for a worthwhile shopping experience!!!!!! They deserve 10 out of 10 stars. Sincerely, Gail Foster”

“Now I am not one to rant as I try to keep it happy and light however this is bad!!!! TRACTOR SUPPLY OLATHE KS gave us the worst experience of our lives today. We went to set up our vending stand which had been approved and given the OK when we showed up. Once our entire set up was up and ready which takes about 2 hours from packing car to setting up tables. I just finished setting up the new manager came out and told me I had to move ; my husband had just left to get breakfast for us. I said I just finished setting up and that I was given the OK to be there. He continued to get ruder and told me I had to move because those spots were for customers....which I am where did I get the jars and canning supplies, my chickens their coup food the list goes on. My husband was actually planning to shop there today. Loren was gone when the man came to tell me I had to move and so he went in to speak with the manager who was rude. People came to shop our stand while we sadly packed our cars and we had to tell them we were kicked out and so they left. I then went to tell the manager we were leaving and that we had ladies come to shop with us and left after I told her we were kicked out. This is when it gets REALLY BAD and the reason for my post. He then said oh darn I'm so sorry about that while he chuckled at me who was near tears. He said you know what you aren't welcome back so don't come back. This man was not only unprofessional but he was out right mean and a bully. I do not feel people with the positions of power should flaunt that and treat others less than which is exactly what he did to me. He apparently had racist remarks toward my husband who has Hispanic heritage while he was inside to speak with him as well. Needless to say I will not be shopping there again and or promote them as long as management is how it is. Those in management please treat people with respect you never know how damaging your actions can be. This man squashed on my dreams and had no care to realize how important it was that I sell my product being as it was one of the last opportunities this season. This vending stand is my livelihood. I had worked so hard to be able to sell at these places. This GM literally smashed my dreams. Note: last year I vented there and never had a problem. Under different managment”

“Well they're fully stocked again after the ice and snow storm. However the deli seem to be in a little too much of a rush. The precooked rotisserie chicken that I decided to pick up for supper, turns out wasn't completely precooked. So the dog had a nice meal, but it will be quite a while before I buy prepared food from the deli again. I do have to say however this was the very first time I've had a bad experience, it is by no means the norm”

“They don’t stand behind their products, I purchased a product that THEY recommended, (which was pricier than what I normally get) as it would “last longer”, it worked for a week and a half and it stopped working, all I asked was for them to give me a discount on a new one, they refused... So I disputed it with my bank and got a full refund! So I guess I won anyway, but they still suck as a business.”
