Staff are always available and several are very knowledgeable about the products carried. Particularly if they have personally tried a wine you’re interested in trying for the first time. Disappointed when one (1) particular US wine continues to be out of stock when it is always plentiful at the LCBO in Toronto.”

“It's Sunday (21.11.2021) at 16.56 and as I enter the store I'm told by this chubby short lady ( for recognition purposes ) that , there are 4 minutes left, as we close at 5 pm. I told her I know what I want and she said "it does not exist ". Once I show her in the SAQ application that it does exist the product (gin) , she goes right away "' I don't have it ". I show her that there are showing "8 in stock " on the app and is impossible to be a mistake with that quantity. She continues saying "we don't have it *. What an employee...! She locked the door and left with the cash to go to the back of the store...so I guess she is a manager ? Disgusting experience.”

“The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable, and I always receive very good service. They are able to answer many questions and provide a lot of information and context. The wait times are very short and the products are good quality. I'm not always happy with the lack of selection and variety in some product categories, but that's not the outlet's fault; they can only sell what the government provides.”

“If I could give zero stars, I 'd do that. Most employees don't understand English or don't want to speak English. Crazy: only one escalator to go up, but no escalator to to go back down to street level & exit. I didn't notice any elevator for customer use. Cashier: impolite, he neither thanked me nor bid me farewell. My shopping experience was absolutely 💯 a stinking disaster. TRUST ME. ... I shall go to another Dollarama nearby !!!”

One of the other wines I like for this is a Nice Bordeaux both are under 20$ a bottle a Really Fantastic Deal for Wine of this Caliber! The Spanish wine was #25 on Wine Spectators List of Top 100 2 years ago!”
