“This is my local branch which I have been coming here for years and they are brilliant. Open early and close late, the staff members are friendly. I had a problem where a customer ordered a product from china and all the bolts and sizes were wrong even the instruction manual did not make sense. So i brought in random bolts and nut sizes where thankfully Abdul the duty manager there, went way up and beyond. Helped me size up all the bolts and get me the missing bolts and nuts i needed to finish off the customer's ottoman bed. His very friendly and efficient and I am and will be a loyal customer. Great guy”

“I went in to pick up groceries and needed the assistance of this black male who seems to be working around the self service area. He was very reluctant to help when I asked for his help, he repeatedly asked me to excuse him (out of his way) whilst I was asking for his assistance. He walked passed me and he never stop to help me. I thought he was very rude and lack customer service. I think he ought to treat everyone equally with respect and kindness. I hope the management team have a meeting with this particular staff so that he doesn’t do this again m.”

“I like the Tesco supermarket chain. They have a large selection of products that I usually buy. The products are always displayed neatly on the shelves. A good selection of snacks, dairy products, fruits, vegetables, flowers, cakes and more. I am also satisfied with the sausages and hard cheeses department. There are self-service checkouts, a fact that shortens the time spent in the supermarket.”

“Went there to buy a lock for my shed, I bought one for £9.36 and tried to charge me £11.66 and I asked why it's gone up, they had a audacity to put a VAT tax on. If they are going to put a VAT at least put it on the price tag and not ripping people off. I know it's just a few pounds but still I was not told ever about the VAT. Better off with screw fix then selco”
