“I’m one week post operation for my breast reduction with Dr. Stile. I’m 32 years old and have wanted a breast reduction since my 20’s! I can’t even express the problems having abnormally large breasts gave me. So much physical AND mental HURT. I went to see a few Dr’s about a breast reduction and most of them were not very informative about the operation. One even explained that he wouldn’t be able to remove as much as I wanted, then continued to say after I’m all healed we could discuss the possibility of me getting “breast implants” I was speechless. I was very disappointed, and discouraged. It seems all the places I went to just wanted my money, and didn’t really care about me and what I was going through. But one day my coworker explained she had a friend that went to Dr. Stile, explained that he was “such a nice guy” so I looked up his work and there is no denying that he is amazing at what he does. I went ahead and made a consultation appointment. Dr. Stile was informative, every single step of what I would be going through was explained to me in detail with a power point! He explained to me the problems that come with having large breasts and how it can really take a hit on your confidence. It’s like he was explaining my own life back to me, and what I’ve been going through. That’s how I knew he was the right Dr. he has helped sooo many women before me, that have gone through the same things I have. And I appreciated the sympathy so much. I just wanted to be understood with the help I needed. I am 1 week post-op. And I feel amazing. Every step of my surgery has been filled with so much care and love and I’m so grateful for Dr. Stile and his staff/family. They honestly treated me like family, everyone from Melissa to Lori, Mariana to my nurse, all greeted me after my surgery was done to shower me with honest love and excitement and it made me so emotional. You know you have a great leader when your staff is as kind as they all were to me. If you’re thinking about getting something done, I hope this finds you, and it gives you the push to do something that will make you happy. Dr. Stile is not just AMAZING at what he does, he is also a kind and understanding person who will help you get to where you want to be. Thank you so much Dr. Stile & family for my journey. I feel like I’m about to finally start living.”

“Although everyone was very nice, I felt very rushed. I had made an appointment for full body with the Dr. When I was called to confirm my appt they told me I was with the nurse practioner. It was not a full body and although the NP was nice, she was in the room maximum 5 min. I had to show her different things.”

“We visited Las Vegas over New Year's and can't say enough good things about the attendants and service at the Canyon Ranch Spa. I did want to explain the 4 instead of 5 Stars if our experience was so great. My husband and I have been to this spa before and really enjoyed our time. With it being New Year's weekend I went on the website to check if we needed to make reservations prior but was unsuccessful at finding anything that stated any changes. I also called the Spa trying to find out if we needed to book anything prior with no success, the phone directed me back to the website then would give a dead tone. We took our chances and went anyways. We arrived at the Spa and was greeted by very sweet girl at the desk. When we asked about the purchase of a day pass she then stated we needed to book a service since the weekend was busy due to the holiday. The exact reason I tried before. So I asked about us booking 2 pedicures, one for each of my husband and myself. She was finishing the booking and then said it wasn't available anymore. We were very sad. She said that someone online booked at the same time she went to push the accept button to finalize the service. She did apologize and suggested another service for my husband and gave a small discount. His experience was ok but he would have preferred the pedicure. I just wish we were able to book the service we initially wanted as we were standing there vs. the person online. That is why the 1 star bump. The spa attendants were amazing and my pedicure was phenomenal. I chose not to upgrade to the quick dry polish for the extra 20 dollars and I must say it has been the best polish I've used. It hasn't chipped or cracked and still looks great almost 4 weeks later. That really impressed me as I was not expecting it to last so long. Especially knowing we walked a lot in Vegas, I wore, platforms and boots our entire trip and it still looks great. We do look forward to continuing to use the day spa and will try to book online prior, but hope they start giving more information during peak holiday seasons for a smoother experience.”
