“Today we first asked for a foundation shade. The lady was helping other customer so she called another colleague of hers. Then came the lady(don’t know her name but she got a black mark on lip). We asked her to check the price of a YSL lip shade and without checking she said 60euros. I was doubtful so I asked again while billing to check and she said she was so sure it’s 60 euros and kind of felt like she stopped us from buying that. I came home and checked the price online and found it on iciparis it was only 37 euros. I was so disappointed that staff could mislead customers like this. It looks like she deliberately wanted to not sell anything and show an uninterested attitude. I’m so sad that I couldn’t buy this shade because I liked it so much :(”
