“I’m actually very very satisfied with the haircut, but I am also upset with the dishonesty :( 🥲 The senior hairstylist lady who cut my hair was very understanding, patient and detailed in her service. Very friendly and did not hesitate to help me trim the hair to what I wanted. The haircut I got from her was exactly what I wanted, I really like it! I will highly recommend her for the cut. It was worth the CNY surcharge as well. However, as you can see from the pics, there was this tuff of hair that was accidentally snipped off at the top of my hair (I actually saw it happen but I didn’t think much of it) that was only visible after my hair was washed and blown dry. I commented that it’s probably an accidental cut, but the hairstylist denied multiple times that she never did that, and said that it was simply because my hair was oily before that, so it couldn’t be seen. Or that it’s probably my baby hair. Guys you can see it for yourself, I might not be an expert but the hair is definitely freshly cut, it’s not thin at the end, it’s thick and is a sudden cut at the end of the strands. I told her that I have had this same hair for months and I never had this tuff of hair but she refused to believe me. I even topped up extra $6 for dandruff shampoo. Although nothing can be done to it at this point, I feel like the least they can do is give me a discount to make up for their mistake or something??? My first time cutting with them but it may be my last.. it’s a pity because I actually liked the lady and would have came back again :(”

“What a scam! Paid for single lash service, confirmed with the lash technician that they "only use single lashes, we never use cluster lashes". And photos show the result 1 week after the service. 90% of lashes have fallen off, every single one that has come off are cluster lashes. Will never return due to such deceitful marketing tactics!”

The packaging of the bath bombs look pretty worn but that’s only because I bought it on 14 Dec and only got to bring it for my vacation today. Can’t wait to use the bath bombs again!”

“Did the Brazilian. Sugar was surprisingly not very hot and definitely less painful than normal wax. It was still somewhat painful, but I would rate the pain 6/10, while normal wax is 9/10. Loved how the therapist Carianne explained every step of the sugaring process so I could understand what was going on and follow along. She was also very professional and efficient - the entire process took around 30 mins. She did advise me to get a few products for after care and maintenance but there was no hard-selling. Studio was clean. Will be back even though it’s a bit pricey!”

Despite having raised this concern previously, there has been no discernible effort from the LUSH store management to address or mitigate the situation. The lack of action is particularly troubling, as prolonged exposure to strong fragrances can lead to long-term health issues. I strongly urge you to take immediate steps to rectify this matter, as it not only affects the well-being of individuals passing by but also the staff working within the store. Implementing measures to contain or reduce the fragrance levels would contribute to creating a safer and healthier environment for everyone. Your prompt attention to this issue is appreciated, and I hope to see swift and effective action taken to alleviate the ongoing problem.”
