“NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN! I have never felt so humiliated. Especially as a foreigner in Greece. I did my best to prepare with pictures to show exactly what I wanted: ash brown hair with light brown highlights. O told her a million times, showed her pictures, she even got someone to translate from English to greek. Then suddenly my new haircolor was GREY-BLUE with a brown hairline! No apology, no admitting of a mistake - she asked me: do you like it? I said: No, explained again what I wanted. I smiled it off, kept my cool. Mean while, during the whole process, she again and again made fun of me for speaking English. For example she pointed out that she understood something else when I said ash. First, I thought it was just her sassy character, then it quickly became too much, especially when she and her colleague talked about me and if I would understand their conversation. I started to feel uncomfortable. After the GREY-BLUE incident she put new haircolor on my hair in such a hurry, that it splashed. My clothes were nearly not protected I caught a drop of brown from falling on my jeans, next moment a big splash went on my top. I got pissed off especially when she tried to wipe it with her hands full of haircolor, putting my color on my top. I thought they will ruin my hair AND my clothes AND made fun of me. I started to feel worried, disrespected and not safe. I started crying. After a while a colleague asked me if I am ok. I said NO, very loud, the main lady looked at me but didn't react. From that moment on she didn't say a word to me anymore, only to her colleague, COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. She kept on talking to her colleague about me, not even glimpsed at me. I totally lost my cool, complained to the colleague about feeling so disrespected. At some point I sobbed loudly because I was so upset and she said to her colleague: seriously? (Alitheia Tora?) After I could talk again I told the main hairdresser that the colour is fine now and mainly the colour dropping pissed me off. She didn't answer me, bit her colleague some excuse. My advice: APOLOGIZE AND ADMIT YOUR MISTAKES. Good to know there are so many better hairdressers out there that will treat me with respect and happily take my money.”

“I had to get my nails done while in Salonic because I had one broken nail but I would not recommend this place. This is how my nails look like after almost 2 weeks. The gel is cracked, one nail broke off, the constructed nail on the big finger broke after 2 days. The girl who did my nails was very nice, the shape was good but I think the products were the ones who produced this bad results in such a short time. I use gel for over 4 years and in the last 2 years this is the first time my nails suffer so much.”
