“I had my second session last Saturday (October 2023). The whole laser experience is very new to me so still a little nervous. My first appointment was great. I forget her name but the technician was so professional and took her time to explain the process. She was patient and pleasant. On 28 October I had my second ever session and it wasn't as pleasant. The technician was on her phone scrolling on social media when I walked both in and out. She rushed through the appointment. She was scrolling on her phone as she went over the aftercare instructions. I could barely hear her as she was seated in a corner at the desk scrolling. I was highly disappointed because my fist session was so amazing that I signed up for more services and intended to buy more packages for other areas but rethinking to try another place for my other body parts. Great location though, easy to get to. Also, front receptionists are nice and professional. Just a terrible technician I experienced unfortunately. EDIT: I received a call from Kaila who was very helpful in reassuring me that my experience is not the norm at SEV. Thank you Kaila for the effort. My last two sessions have been smooth and the technicians amazing. I purchased more packages too.”

“1: my toes look like I could’ve or my lil brother could’ve did them. No shape , not clean , and there is flooding on the sides 2: while I was doing my nails I see a roach on the gel lamp . I don’t even need to explain this . Unclean and unsanitary 3: why does it take only 20-30 minutes for one service ? If I’m coming to enjoy a luxury service and get myself taken care of I expect to be TAKEN CARE OF . Not in and out the door within 45 minutes . No attention to detail, no proper care of the nail, no patience. I’ve been to 4 salons here and they are all the same . 4: I will say my nails did come out well . But the prep was not quality especially for the prices. All of it was RUSHED”
